We used DCH to finish our basement on our Aurora home several years ago. When we purchased a new home in the Inspiration development , also in Aurora, we did not hesitate to contact them again to do the work. We were extremely pleased both times. Trey and Don were very involved in helping us plan out the layouts to maximize the utility of the space. Trey and Sue were great in overseeing the process and getting the projects completed in a timely fashion. In our new home, we wanted a home theater and again they helped plan out the space. Their employees and subcontractors were all professional, efficient and easy to work with. After completion, if we found something that wasn't exactly right, they were prompt to come back and fix the things we pointed out. We have recommended DCH to friends in our development who have also been pleased with the work they have done. If we ever move to another home and need to finish a basement, they will be our first choice. My wife and I are happy to recommend DCH - use them and you will not be disappointed!!

Before I met the DCH Construction team, I was very anxious when I first started planning on finishing my basement. The first day I had DCH Construction at my house I noticed that Trei and his team were very flexible and helped me give shape to my plans. The entire DCH team was very professional, great at their inter team communication and were very good at meeting their commitments. DCH did a fantastic job at keeping me updated on the next steps and things I needed to take care of. I was always able to call/talk to someone if I had any questions. We hired DCH to finish our basement this summer. They did a wonderful job for us. They started on the day they said they would, they said upfront when it would be finished and they met that date. Nearly every day someone was on site to do work. The work was high quality, our basement came out great and is exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend them.

They are extremely responsive and timely. Their trades and project management professionals are top notch. We especially liked having the option to make selections from their design center for vanity, stone, carpet, paint, and fixtures. DCH just finished our basement and they did a fabulous job! We can't say enough good things about the final quality of the workmanship provided by their contractors. The finished product exceeded our expectations! Only advice is to make sure you keep up your end of the deal! the homeowner has to make a lot of choices (all a lot of fun!) and needs to make sure those are in hand to support the construction process. We absolutely recommend DCH for your basement remodeling job.

My husband and I used DCH to finish our basement, and we could not be happier and could not speak more highly of this company. DCH Construction had wonderful design ideas and were great to work with, through every step of the remodel process. Every time we had a question or needed something they would hop on our request and respond immediately. Additionally, they finished on time!!!! The crew would show up early and stay the entire day and would complete each task with precision and care. Also the project manager wanted to make sure that every little detail was addressed and everything was finished with the highest quality. Lastly, when I would call the front office they knew who I was and we developed a wonderful working relationship. They made the remodel process stress-free and I truly felt like I had a partner through the entire journey.
