Beautiful dresses, purses, reasonable prices
I read the reviews about the customer and they were dead on! Unfortunately we did buy my daughters prom dress here because she really wanted the dress after looked around for other options but I will never spend my money here again. Very rude and racist to me!
Costumer service really bad, people there are so RUDE! I hope the owner of this store reads this reviews and see that a lot of people don't go there cuz of how bad costumer service is! Just today a girl was very rude and with so much attitude waking my baby up while she was yelling at me for not going down with the stroller and yet another girl that works there was trying to help me get down! They just don't know their rules I guess! Anyway nice dresses but did not buy anything just walk out of the door cuz of that girl she did not care at all if she is going to sell anything , again hopefully the owner sees this review!
I love the store! Really nice clothes,always find something there for myself. Prices are great! Very helpful and kind staff,never had any issues with any person who works there. Recommend to all my friends!
People working were RUDE. Tried to rush us out of the store as we walked in 15 minutes before the posted closing time. They wouldn't let us try the clothes on as they stated it closed 10 minutes before. The was another older woman who had a couple of things she wanted try on clothes and they told us no. I argued and asked if the owner knew they were pushing customers out the door and not trying to make sales. They relentlessly said we could try on the dresses. We were out of there before 6. Avoid!
BEWARE Do not buy anything from this store if you are not sure you want to keep it. The exchange/ return policy is unrealistic and you are forced to keep an item even if doesn’t fit. Shop at Century 21 or Zara where the clothes are unique and the return policy is reasonable/ Flexible. We all work hard for our money and should have the option to return/ exchange an item if it doesn’t fit.
Visited this store on vacation from Tampa Florida last week and purchased a few beautiful dresses. The two ladies at the front checkout were VERY helpful and severely NICE!! Thank you so much, beautiful staff indeed.
The "dressing room" is one large room with mirrors on every wall and a curtain that doesn't cover the entryway. There is no way to avoid being walked in on or seen because of the mirrors, especially if you are alone and have no one to stand guard. No employees are monitoring the area either. In addition to this, I looked up some of the dresses I found to look for different sizes online, and the brands on the tags do not have the dresses this store does. Some tags are inconsistent on the same dress. Very possible they stitch tags onto these dresses to make customers believe they are designer brands when they are not.
I think this store is wonderful and the majority of their staff. We are all in bad times right now, I go into many store's myself that the staff is rude to me and they are not my color either, but I will not downgrade the store, because it is not the store that is downgrading me it is that individual person. I personally would've gotten that person's name and called the manager or wrote a letter to the corporation, because writing is the best thing you can do to correct the problem. The store is great, it has great prices on wonderful clothing, ladies come and enjoy yourself you deserve it!
Terrible customer service, dressing rooms are SHAREDDDD and the curtains don’t even reach the floor, there’s also a one way mirror in the changing room which is odd !! DRESS MATERIAL EXTREMELY CHEAP
