I used Amanda Cubit to file my custody/parental agreement documents, & file with the courts. Amanda was fast to reply, thorough in explanation of how things would work & what process came next, & very knowledgeable. She made the process easy & fast. I would absolutely use her again & refer her to others! ** 3/11/25 edit: I hired Kenya Glover with this firm (using Dozier Miller for a 2nd time), to represent me in a custody contempt matter. Updating my review to reflect that George Miller is still literally the best. He’s always just an email away, and helps me with any and all of my legal needs. I never knew until I became an adult how important it is to have great legal on your side, and I’ll never let George leave me, lol! George Miller has taken very good care of me and my husband with his immigration case. We have had other lawyers turn us away telling us there’s nothing they can do. George has taken us on and done everything and more than we could have imagined, and very quickly. I seriously can’t thank George enough for what he’s doing for us. I’d recommend him to anybody I know who needs help with immigration. He’s also taken care of a speeding ticket that I got, unrelated to my husbands case (now that’s a good lawyer!) Four years ago, I married my soulmate, I thought. Then not long after, I was living in a Narcissist Nightmare. After trying so hard to make it work, I had to leave. To me, Kelly is a young attorney but she has many awards, and rightfully so. When I went downtown for my initial consultation, I was nervous. But when I met Kelly and shook her hand, I felt right away that she and I were a good match and that has proven to be true. Since then and now still, all of the staff that I interact with at the Dozier-Miller Law Group are helpful, positive and professional people. Kelly's paralegal, Brittany Griffin, was the calm in my stormy and scary reality. Because of her caring and professional work ethic, she and Kelly were readily accessible to me. Brittany answered my emails in such a timely manner that I felt like I was their top priority. Both she and Kelly made sure that they understood my unique circumstances, issues and needs. Their compassion and concern showed that they cared deeply about me and they did everything possible and more to get the best outcome for my case. Now, when I read "Life Is Good" in the back window of a van in front of me, I smile and nod my head, Yes! I am happy and at peace.

David McCleary was my attorney to finalize the terms and to file for my divorce. David and others with whom I communicated at Dozier Miller were always professional and powerful advocates. When my ex-wife tried to manipulate the terms of our agreement, they quickly shut down the BS and kept things moving. They did the heavy lifting on the final agreement when opposing counsel was late and lazy on deliverables. I am grateful for their partnership and would recommend them to anyone who asks.

This review is long overdue, however I wanted to say how wonderful my experience was working with Amanda and Meghan at the Dozier Miller Law Group! They were kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and had an keen attention to details!
