Ruben was shocking! He knew the law and the specifics of my case so well he on a my only and first dui case prosecuted the officer so well I was dumbfounded. The cop stuttered. He is not a dry senseless attorney he won my case after 4 courts! Judge was even surprised he was like no one beats. But if your case is solid and righteous Ruban from Dui got your back if not he'll

Update: this place charges too much and takes way too much time in speaking to an actual lawyer. I’d recommend getting a free consultation with LaScola law firm and ask for Ana Guzman. I spoke directly with an attorney for 30 min on my first initial call who laid out all my options and costs. If I were to hire her for my improper lane usage ticket, she quoted me $350 but only requires 50% up front since she can’t guarantee an outcome (which is less than the $400 this company was going to charge and DDT explicitly says they can’t guarantee an outcome and yet takes your full payment up front). Off the record is another affordable place to go but don’t ask for Brett Simon- if assigned to him, I’d recommend asking for another lawyer. This company quoted me $310 as well and has a money back guarantee. — I was a bit too early in my review and am updating from 5 to 2. While their customer service is great re: intake specialist & refund given, there are way too many steps in the process of actually speaking to a lawyer and when he did finally call, he was very unprepared. They move really fast and have way too many people to talk to before you even get to a lawyer (reception, intake specialist, case manager and then you talk to a lawyer finally). I don’t feel like they reviewed my case closely before scheduling time with the attorney (Rebeun). I called on a Wednesday and by Friday, I had a call with the intake manager, case manager and lawyer without any of them really reviewing my material since they were repeating what seemed like a script or the same schpeal they give to all new clients. When the attorney called, he called me 15 min before the scheduled time, was reviewing my case in the middle of the call and was in the car while taking the call- super distracted with all the noise. He also automatically went into the pitch of going to trial to dismiss the case before again, reviewing all the FOIA requests and materials I shared. Seemed like a waste of time in scheduling so many calls since they were unprepared, in my opinion. My review of Nicole (intake specialist) still stands. Just wish the case manager and attorney had the same level of attention and empathy for each case instead of making you seem like another number or not worth the attorneys full attention because you’re a small case or something (the Bluetooth car ride phone call was a bit insulting). — Nicole Rojas is an incredibly compassionate and empathetic person. She was the one I spoke to about my case about improper lane usage. I did the best I could to gather evidence and fight the ticket alone but police redacted footage and I couldn’t understand the legal language. I called around 5 different law firms and DDT is the most affordable, clear instructions and next steps and you truly feel a part of the team / family. I know I’m in good hands no matter the outcome and so happy that I spoke to Nicole. She’s a rockstar! :)

I Recommend DDT 100% for any traffic advice or cases. They made me feel comfortable every step of the way and they’ll make sure you get the best possible resolution. Sal Vega is very patient and understanding as well. Overall they are a very good team to work with & thanks to everyone who has helped me along the way .

I never thought I'd be in this type of situation. But, I must say I'm extremely grateful for the DDT Law firm. From the beginning to the end, I was grateful and pleased. Sal was a pleasure to work.
