DT Construct recently completed a major remodel of our house and we are so happy we had them do the work. We did a complete renovation of the kitchen and living room which included taking down walls, plumbing/electrical changes, and new everything. DT stayed on schedule and clearly communicated throughout the process. As a long time Golden resident, I am also happy to support a local business that gives back to our community!

We had our modern energy-efficient custom home built by DT Construct in the mountains west of Golden. Construction started in March 2018 and completed in March 2019. We have now lived in the home for over half a year. We have been very pleased with the service provided by DT Construct and are very happy with our new home. We highly recommend DT Construct for any home construction. We particularly liked the pleasant communication with Dan, Graham, their field supervisors and subcontractors, and appreciated their willingness to discuss any issues that arose or things we wanted to change. Quite importantly, we also believe that DT Construct has provided us with a great value compared to other contractors.

We finished an extensive kitchen remodel last month that included taking down a wall, installing a structural beam, an entirely new kitchen and new/refinished flooring. Working with DT Construct was smooth from the bidding process all the way through to project completion. They have great communication, transparent cost estimates, and a wonderful team, including the sub contractors. They finished our project on time and on budget, and we could not be happier with the results. Highly recommend them!

Highly recommend!!! DT construct remodeled our primary bathroom and we were so impressed with their workmanship, communication, and efficiency. Each and every person who worked in our home was so kind, approachable, and very skilled. They did an excellent job of providing us with frequent updates on the project and its timeline. The dedicated project manager really helped ensure progress was achieved as expected. When it was finished they ensured the construction mess was cleaned up well, and even came back later to do an inspection and ensure we were completely satisfied. They were awesome! Will be using them again for any future projects!

When I was in need of a need irrigation vacuum breaker valve I reached out to DT. Their plumber was awesome to work with and did the job with care and professionalism. They are a great one stop shop for quality home service

DT Construct is an amazing company. They did a full remodel on the Buffalo Rose in 2018/2019 and did an amazing job! We still use them for a number of large and small projects and they do a fantastic job!

Kudos to DT for building our dream home. Despite many obstacles including a pandemic and excruciating permitting delays, they built our green home and we couldn't be happier.
