There aren't enough great things I can say about Easy IT and their employees. Our office recently moved and in the middle of the move, we had a temp employee who needed set up and then had to remove her and add a new permanent employee, not to mention, the various issues that go with a move and EasyIT didn't miss a beat. We dealt with Anthony throughout the move and Chris and Mark on the various other issues. I've told each of them that they're our heroes. Our office runs extra smoothly due to the efforts and work of EasyIT and it's techs/employees.
After I missed a few of his calls, I was finally able to get the issue resolved. He was very polite and explained what he was doing the entire time. I would say that he deserves a raise! :) haha thank you again
Great family owned business with many levels of expertise and experience. Friendly staff and technicians who are all willing to do whatever it takes to resolve issues and get the job done. They are also a fun group who are a pleasure to work with and be around!

There was a lot of time put into trying to get this printer working properly. Unfortunately, the printer was not able to be installed due to issues with the printer. Matthew tried pretty much everything. He even reached out to our Director to request a new printer for me which came the same day. Superb customer service!!
