I had a 12 month warranty, but they were completely unresponsive when I sent my final inspection with a list of requested repairs before my warranty ended. From start to finish, they were very disappointing to work with.

There was continued communication throughout the process. Although Echo switched project managers during the project, it was a very smooth transition and did not cause any issues.
