I have been in the courier and transportation industry since 1996. 15 of those years have been spent at Elite. The Owner is a straight shooter and the staff is first rate. Work hard, and you will be successful here. When Elite makes you a promise, they keep it. All they ask is the same in return. I do not think there is another company out there where I can make what I am making, only driving Monday through Friday. I look forward to retiring here because here I am among professionals.

Perfect job getting into loading dock area

I wanted to start with Elite in the spring time when workflow is busy but due to my own circumstances I chose to start in the fall. Fleet services at Elite put me in the right truck to make more money than I ever did working as an employee. I new the risk of starting in the fall and working through the winter when work flow can be slow. I am in my truck from 6 am until the work stops for the day and that is what makes me successful. Dispatch is very good at trying to keep me busy. There is some waiting around for the next run but it has always been that way for me with on-call trucking. Winter is a bit slow but I had a very good fall and can't wait to see what happens this coming spring and fall.

The drivers at Elite Transportation are friendly and call or text when they arriving to drop off packages. Customer service is always helpful when I call to schedule a pick up or have questions about delivery times. Will continue to use their services.

Elite made a very stressful situation so simple. They quoted their pickup in three hours and we maybe waited one before they showed up! Thank you for your patience and walking us through the courier process.

Unreal, this place will hire anyone. Seen a maroon dodge dually truck with a long trailer blow through a school bus stop arm. The police were contacted. Was unable to get a plate as he turned onto Snelling ave and proceeded to go about 70 mph. This guy is going to kill someone and elite better be held responsible. Many calls have been ignored. I’d beware having these people haul your products. In today’s world I’m sure they will hold your company responsible as well. Good luck and hopefully the cops take this clowns license.

driver was really good! text me before the planned time to confirm. suggested options of places to go. was prompt and very accomodating. don not hesitate if you are looking for a fun ride! these people are legit

Incompetency in vehicle maintenance. Jim Davis will lie to cover up his ignorance. Leased truck was maticoulisly maintained by driver. Davis couldn't understand how a driver with 35 years of experience in truck repair and maintenance could properly maintain and repair truck. Called truck maintenance and mileage fake. Davis will always think he's right even when obviously wrong and will rip you off on your lease because to prove himself right. Driver maintained a 0 CSA Score and truck passed annual inspection every time. Even my old truck with .5 million miles passed including roadside inspection. So even though you are a mechanic, as myself, he'll expect you to take truck in and spend unnecessary time and money at a dealership. You are not an independent contractor when these conditions are required. Also I brought a legitimate customer complaint and was appalled by his and other office personnel response. Relayed their response to customer. Customer did call again and was a driver for that delivery. Gave him a free liftgate service to compensate him for Elite charging him for their mistakes. Other drivers have questioned Davis on improprieties they observed and had their leases not renewed stealing their equity in vehicle. Use great caution when dealing with Davis, because he'll use some lame excuse to rip you off.

I contacted Elite about 3 months ago to arrange transportation for some equipment. This was to take place today, June 17. I thought I'd reserved a flatbed truck wth a forklift, and called three times over the past three months to confirm, most recently yesterday. When I was at the job site this morning, I called to see if they could perhaps come a bit earlier than the scheduled 12:00 noon. I was shocked and angry when I was told they probably woudn't make it to my job at all today! The phone receptionist was very apologetic, but pretty clear. I ended up canceling and making other arrangements with friends to transport my materials. It resulted in a very long, hard day for the four of us - all over 65 - and should never have happened. I'm still angry that a reservation of 3 months standing, confirmed 3 times, was not honored.

After driving with multiple courier based businesses in Minneapolis I have to say that I’ve had the best experience partnering with Elite Transportation! Drivers are well cared for and they have always personally done right by me. Definitely suggest checking it out!
