This company moves a ton of cargo for us and they are always reliable. It is great working with a class act!
Waiting 3 days past delivery date to sign for a package....anytime between 8am and 5pm... waiting on hold indefinitely... never again..
Arrived as the only employee who can do imports was leaving for lunch... had to wait until she came back to receive items. On top of this, communication was poor the enter process. I would try someone else.
We have been late due to heavy traffic, but they've been kind and wait for us after hours I will say it's a great service, thank you.

Literally takes hours to process warehouse fees. If y'all want the money there are way more efficient ways of charging people in the 21st century.
Extremely bad customer service. No body pick up the phone all day and they claimed on internal Problem. Beware they take no cash payment. Card payment will be charge additional 5%.
customer service severely lacking, guy at the dispatch window was scrolling through facebook when i asked if he was who i talked to about pickups looked at his phone than me said give me a second. 8mins later he had some time to help me out.
It was quite the hassle being a first timer importing from Asia not knowing how complicated it would be. Instead of kindly guiding a client through the process, the lady working front desk surely did make you feel dumb and didn’t care to take you seriously. However, the gentleman that helped my unload the boxes into my car was so kind. Definitely didn’t judge me by the way I looked. Just a friendly reminder that you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover and if you’re working front desk at a company, you are the face of the company. First to be seen and last to be seen when exiting. At least be a bit more kind. Telling a worker to come and out and remind us, “those boxes are to be thrown out they can’t be kept here.” Obviously we knew that. Ugh never again.
