No stars on this review. I was at State road 39 and I70 in Indiana and one of their drivers decided he was going to make a left hand turn from the right lane across 5 additional lanes of traffic. He was south bound on State road 39 when this occurred. I did not see a turn signal and there was on coming traffic. This caused a small traffic back up. Was a slow time of the day. He should have gone across the interstate and turned around at the TA Travel center or the concrete plant instead of possibly causing a wreck. If that wasn't bad enough when I called in to talk to someone about this drivers incompetence the phone was answered by someone that didn't seem to speak or understand the English language very well or she was just acting stupid. Not sure which! After giving her my name and phone number she decided it was best to hang up on me. Not sure why, I was being polite and nice to her. This is actually uncommon for me to be honest about it. So if this is the way they conduct business and let their drivers drive without consequences I have no idea how the freight gets delivered safely. Just so you know I am from a farming community and I am use to trucks and tractors causing slow downs and issues. I am not just crying about nothing. This drivers did something that could have been very dangerous and caused a serious accident. Trailer number appears to be ETH1828. April 27, 2026 at 1:04pm after he made the turn.

Looks like this happens often. But this driver intentionally merged into my car, with my 4 year old daughter in the car. Luckily I was able to swerve away before any other damage was caused. I filed a police report and called the company about this. Update to this- nobody has contacted me to repair my vehicle. My 4 year old child who was in the car with me is still terrified of big trucks. When I call the company I get zero info and no indication that these unsafe drivers are no longer on the road. I have reported them to all possible agencies but nobody has helped. I guess doing a hit and run is ok now.. this is insane

A week ago a truck operated by this company had 6 large pieces of metal fly off from underneath the truck while driving on the highway causing over $10,000 worth of damages to the new vehicle my daughter got just 2 months prior. I called immediately and the guy that answered spoke very little English laughed when I told him what happened and told me to call Monday. I called Monday spoke to several people non of which spoke English and kept getting hung up on as soon as I began explaining what happened, one guy did give an email address to send pictures of the car to a long with the estimate as the metal cut completely through the hood and bumper of the car, had it hit the windshield her passenger would be dead and not one person from this company would look into the incident instead I got laughed at and hung up on when I asked for the address to have my lawyer send papers to get the car repaired. No one at this place speaks or understands English, they all went above and beyond to hide the location of this business even telling me I called Ontario Canada meanwhile the phone number is Indiana and nothing about this business seems to be operating legitimately and legally all of which are being looked into. I'd stay clear of doing any business with them considering they are very elusive and will hang up on you and refuse further communication the second you bring a problem to their attention. Everything about this company seems shady so beware

I had an excellent experience with this trucking company. From start to finish, communication was clear and professional, and the delivery was handled on time with great care. The drivers were courteous, knowledgeable, and truly took pride in their work. It’s clear this company values reliability and customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable trucking and transportation services.

Followed behind this trailer for about 70 miles 12/6/24 on 70E until Effingham IL. Most polite driver. Never broke speed limit. Never swayed and always in his lane. I know it was only an hour or so of drivers time but was comfy being behind him as other drivers were whizzing by.

I'll call the service tomorrow. Let them check your company, your drivers are inadequate, he's shocking, he's creating an emergency situation, he's showing the middle finger. How do you monitor your drivers and he's driving the whole road in the left lane where trucks aren't allowed to go?

Terrible drivers, caught this guy tailing another car and started flashing him uncontrollably. This truck driver was doing 80 in a 45. Also alerted Indiana state police as guy was trying to run car off road

Had one of your drivers riding my tailgate so close he was trying to push us off the road. We moved over and he started to do it to the next car. He had to hard brake because the car was not moving. We were in traffic. I have reported this driver to the Federal transportation department also. his was the number on the hood of his truck U552 and the number on the trailer was U5325.

I saw one of your red Volvo day cabs rolling north on i65 today pulling trl u5310 I pulled that trl my self when working for Everest. Looking good & the driver was safe an cautious. Take care stay safe my Brother's. Sincerely Brian Neal.

Tried my best to report a driver that blatantly would not move over and allow the woman in front of me to enter the interstate off of State route 73 northbound 75. He absolutely could see us coming on to the expressway he had room to move over chose not to and literally ran her almost into the grass. When I tried to make a phone call to the Indiana location nothing would go through so I ended up calling the number in Canada to report it. I don't think it went through I don't think the guy I was talking to had any idea what the hell I was talking about or what to do with the information I had. From what I can see you of reports of this company doesn't look like they're very professional and it doesn't look like they give a damn so I figured I'd just go ahead and report it here on Google since that seems to be the only way to report these guys
