I am not the most tech-Savvy person but I feel that I have an abundance of support to help me maximize our business presence and professionalism with the help of each and every Evergreen staff member I’ve had the pleasure to deal with. It really has been seamless to update our business. Customers, employees and management are all on board with the new changes. Being able to integrate with existing POS and social media are bonuses we hadn’t even considered before signing up but they are powerful additions (that were already included in the reasonable pricing). We have also gotten great use out of the printable menus as well. I really can’t say enough about how easy this has been to incorporate into our hectic day to day routine without making life any more complicated.
We own Der Biergarten in Sacramento, CA and have had Evergreen, (Formally Taphunter) since the open, 5 years ago. They were great with getting us all set up, and when we added digital menus they were their to help. We did shortly try another company for printing of menus, but quickly switched back as to the ease of use with their product! Great company, and product.
These guys are first class. They took the time walk me through their amazing platform. The patience Jeff showed in my on boarding call made me very happy I am working with evergreen.
