Justin was super helpful in helping me surprise my future husband with a corvette getaway car at our wedding. He was really patient with all my questions and really helpful through the whole process. It also was really convenient that we could turn in the car to the Enterprise location at the airport instead of being limited to the hours at the Exotic Car Rental location. Very pleased with the whole experience and would definitely rent from here again! #happybride

By far the best staff/team I’ve come across. All very kind, quick, and courteous. Beyond accommodating throughout the day with my many calls made by me! Lastly, the amount If you individuals that that walked upon my arrival and almost near 6 pm - when last one shuffled in, how and way of the team Handled chaos (last min customers) was so refreshing to see as many lack in this area of most/if not all the day to day operations! the most important part to my visit at time of day picking up rental - Lizzy herself. Not only did she have my rental throughout the whole day as i kept in touch verbally every 2-4 hours , she made my day and weekend As I’ve been out a vehicle for two weeks, with the most unusual car accident EVER, Lizzy didn’t know much of my wreck tho she made this experience feel much calmer as I been paying out of my debt bank act as i am forced to patiently wait on insurance company on individual who hit me Lizzy did her job and then some on top what was needed for me, along with her teammates doing the same, going above and At time of 20 peeps all at once!!! My recent experience with Enterprise Exotic Car Rental was truly disappointing and frustrating. - The vehicle was dirty at pickup, which was very unfortunate because my rental agreement had already been started and the cleaning of the vehicle cut into my rental time. - The windshield wipers were dangerously worn, making the car unusable Friday night and Saturday morning causing me to miss important commitments and an important reservation. - I was instructed by the service center and a local enterprise rental center that I needed to arrange my own repairs and transportation at my own expense as a local center did not have any available rentals. - All attempts to resolve the issue through service center, local offices, customer service, and in-person have been ignored. I have not been contacted by any manager or representative despite assurances. Despite repeated attempts to reach the local manager, Chris, I received no response. When I returned the car, staff promised someone would follow up, but I still haven’t heard anything. After paying for a rental I barely used and receiving zero support or communication, I am extremely dissatisfied. Enterprise needs to improve their vehicle maintenance and customer service. I hope this review helps others avoid a similar experience.
I had the pleasure on working with Clint! We need more reps like him now and days in customer service! He had me in and out quick with a full detailed breakdown had everything I needed and wanted in regards to the vehicle we rented. Made quick adjustments in handling the paper work. I’m definitely going here in the future. Everything well, polite, great charisma even followed up with us after car had been turned in. This kind of customer treatment is hard to come by now and days I really enjoyed my experience here.
