Love coming here on Tuesdays when it’s 50 cent day I always find atleast 10 nice items to take home. Just the other day I found a Tommy Hilfiger sweater in great condition. That being said it’s a treasure hunt in this store. Nothing is sized you have to go through everyyyything. Some clothes are pretty torn too. I dare not go here on 25 cent day. I only give 4 stars because of the other customers that come here. Most of the ladies that shop here are rude as hell. And it’s mostly the same people every week coming here. Dropping clothes/hangers all over the floor, block the damn aisles with their cart and letting their wild kids cry and run around the whole time. So if you can get past all that then it’s a cool little place to find some clothes for cheap... but trust me on a Tuesday or Wednesday prepare for a war zone.
For the price it is GREAT! Found several outfits, namebrand quality hoodies, jeans, shoes, purses there on 50 cent and dollar day - Mondays and Tuesdays. Been shopping there for years!!! Taken several of my Youth from church there to find stuff. A true godsend.
First time? Plan to stay a couple of hours plus. Worth the drive. 10s of 1000s of choices. Designer and high-quality clothes, bags, and shoes + lots of everyday items. Got 5 purses, 5 pairs shoes, dozen+ tops for under $45 (went on $2 Thursday). Went for 1st time Thursday. I frequent the stores in McKinney & Plano. I was in Arlington, thought I'd stop by. Glad I did! Dug through 3 bins of purses and found gems, like a Fossil bag, fancy insulated lunchbag, and a vintage-look bag (posted pics). Did not have as extensive a shoe selection as in stores, but I still found several 9.5s and 10s, including Italian leather shoes (with leather soles) (posted pics). Found more than a dozen tops, sweaters, and skirts. Could have gotten more, but I had to pick up my husband early. I didn't get to shop for my grandchildren, but rows and rows of kids and baby clothes. Cons: No bathroom. No dressing rooms, but I don't mind that--means more savings passed on to me. But the store should have more full-length mirrors. Just the one in the back is silly. Lots of kids running around and making noise; bring headphones. I saved tons! Will come back on 25 cents Wednesday just to see if any deals are left. Final thought: be aggressive! Folks do not respect your personal bubble and will get right up on you to check out clothes on the rack. If you see something you like, grab it.
If you like to do second hand clothes shopping this is the place to go. All they have is clothes, shoes and assorted bags. Everything is priced the same so there is no looking at tags. On Thursday the store is restocked and everything is $2. Each day after that the price drops until the next Wednesday when everything is $.25. You can find some great buys if you have the time to look.
Wide selection and great prices that are hard to find at thrift stores these days! 4 stars because it is not organized by size
Terrible. I will never be back. The employees were just as bad as the other customers also and apparently not one employee even pretended to speak English when my daughter or I asked a question. Several customers also just full on ran their buggy into mine to push by me on the narrow aisles... Nothing is organized- I mean, male and female is separated but that's the extent of the organization. Also the entire store is filthy, the items were filthy, ripped, stained, broken and even MOLDED! Literal growing mold on many of the items.
This is my go to thrift spot! I’ve personally never had issues with anyone. I just put my headphones in and mind my own. You have to dig, but that’s the point of thrifting. They actually have the store pretty organized by garments. I never grab a cart bc the aisles are too small lol I get as much as I can carry and if I want more I just pay and come back in. I come any day I’m free and usually leave with something. The inventory turn around is awesome. So if you come the following week you are going to be seeing brand new clothes. Just something to tip they like for you to leave the hangers on the rack so check out is super quick. Some people BUY clothes here so if you’re in line for awhile especially on a Thursday or Friday just know they are working as quick as they can. If you are going to thrift you need to have patience. That’s why I suggest bringing headphones. It makes me sad to see poor reviews of this place bc they do amazing work here. I just had to give my personal experience!
Excellent price and selection(no home stuff-just clothing) but very unorganized. You will be lost and need hours to find what you’re looking for because everything is mixed up. Sizes are not separated and some of kids are mixed with the adult clothing
Great low prices for everyday day of the week. My daughter and I went there today and it was $1.50 day (Saturday) on everything. I got a weeks + of clothes, 1 pair of shoes and a Pea Coat all in great condition for only a little over $12.00.
I normally go on .25 cent(Wednesday) days, it can get crowded and chaotic but over all you can find some good items. They close early on that day so come right when it opens. If you don't like to search and people all up in your personal space don't go, but if you don't mind then it will be a great treasure hunt! The cashiers are fast and friendly!
