My name is Tarek Abdelaziz and Ferrer Poirot is handling my case against the makers of Roundup! I find this firm to be extremely thorough and trustworthy as well as very meticulous in gathering information pertinent to a successful outcome. Today, I spoke to Frances Ramirez for nearly 45 minutes as she was gathering, confirming and communicating various information. Frances was such a pleasure to speak to, she was highly professional, very friendly and informative. She listened to all my questions and answered with incredible attention to detail. I have been dealing with this firm for my mother’s case. My mother has been passed away for years now and since I began dealing with these folks, I haven’t received a call from them. I have constantly called them to receive updates and status. But they are saying the same thing for over months now. They are still reviewing the disbursement payments. What is left to review. I have been seeking answers from them. They keep putting me with someone else. It was in the dispursement phase for over a year and a half. I need closure to this. Every time I call it’s like reliving my mom’s death. And then today the lady gabby I spoke with was calling me Michael. My name ain’t Michael. Which means she wasn’t even looking at the file. I’m hurting terribly right now because I feel brushed off. I just want what my mother was rightfully fighting for.

With so much going on in the world today, customer service is just a disgrace, thanks to technology, we are talking to computers and if we happened to talk to someone their attitude sometimes just sucks on top of them not knowing the answers to your questions, we get passed around from one representative to another and sometimes still our concerns are not addressed properly. But that's NOT Frances!! Please believe me when I say, you are certainly an ASSET to the company!! You really made my day even more beautiful!! I smiled and laughed and smiled and laughed some more!!!! PLEASE give Frances a RAISE!!! She deserves a raise ABOVE her average raise!! I don't know much about law but Francis Ramirez helped me with my case over the phone and answered all the questions I had and more! She patiently held my hand through the whole process. Until I understood how it works. They are very easy to talk too. I highly recommend
