Flat Price Moving and Auto Shipping

A relative of mine on the east coast didn't want their vehicle anymore and asked if I wanted it. Part of the deal was figuring out how to get it shipped to me. Went through multiple companies on the phone, comparing and contrasting rates. I chose this flat price company because they offered door-to-door shipping of vehicles. This was extremely convenient for me, my vehicle was literally dropped off at my doorstep.

I had an unprofessional booking experience trying to ship my car from MA to CA. I was initially quoted $1642 for an enclosed trailer from Bruce and Jake who were very nice. A few days later, I contacted the company again. That time, their representative Chris, quoted me $1600. I then said my budget was at $1500, and Chris said he could adjust the quote to meet my budget if I booked on that same day. His exact words were: "If you make a reservation today, I will match at $1500." I agreed to proceed with the booking. However, the minute Chris realized I had called previously and had been given a higher quote, he quickly/immediately retracted his offer to meet my budget. This all happened in minutes. Chris gave excuses that his system had given him the wrong quote when in reality he quoted me the same I had been quoted previously (~$1600). At first, he offered to meet my budget of $1500 but then changed his mind because of the previous quote I had been given. Chris kept trying to give me a "discount" on an open trailer at a much higher rate than I had been quoted previously, even though I communicated that I needed an enclosed one. The experience made me feel like I couldn't trust the company and that I was being ripped off.

Flat Price Moving and Auto Shipping was a flat out excellent service to use. From Providence on the east coast I was able to get my uncle’s car transported to me back in California. I just paid for the fees and what not from the contract to get my uncle’s car was all well worth it and had no problems with working with them. Paul was the one with on the phone and this was like maybe like 3 months back and I just wanted to leave them a nice review as I’m sitting in my car now lol. 5/5!

Went with this company to ship my car from Denver to Boston based on reviews from the BBB. They gave me a quote and a three day range for when my car would be picked up. They called the day before, and, a half hour before, pick-up and drop-off. My car was delivered in 5 business days with no damage.

I had the task of shipping 2 cars across country at 2 separate times. These guys processed my first car and it got there without any problems. Therefore I continued using them for the second car and again had great success. My dad now needs to ship his car and you guessed it, this shipper was our first and only stop.

Easiest car shipping experience by far. I've shipped my car to Florida when I get a break from work on many occasions. It's always been a so - so experience. As someone who strives for the best Flat Price completely met my needs. Fast shipment with use of a clean enclosed carrier. It arrived ahead of schedule not a scratch on it.

I spoke to four different moving companies in our area. I was finally referred to these movers. The guy was very polite and gave me a fast quote right over the phone. We scheduled our move, the man called me the day before to verify. The day of he called to confirm everything was till on. Showed up, wrapped all of our items. We had a lot of glass items. Upon arriving to our new home all of our items had made it and nothing was broken. I was so excited.

Pretty satisfied with the service I got from Flat Price. I called several people in the area and nobody would just give me a price. It was always "well, if this happens" it's an extra charge, if that happens it's an extra charge. Just tell me how much its going to cost!!?!? After thinking I was going to have to fly to Boston to move the stuff myself or just throw it all away, I got a reply from Flat Price with a firm price that I was ok with. I had to move my car and apt furniture from college to my moms house in jersey and was really nervous about having people touch my stuff without me being there. Movers arrived on time and all my roommate had to do was point them to the room and hand over my car keys. Funny thing is I promised my roommate $50 for helping out but he said he did literally nothing so he declined my money. More money saved lol. I was called several times by the company to let me know the status of the move (something I requested) and they even called a day after to make sure my furniture and car made it to my mom's house in the condition it left Boston. I felt really comfortable dealing with this company. My mom said she was watching the movers' every move just in case they damaged anything (a little embarrassing, I know), but after an hour she gave up and made everybody iced tea for doing such a good job. I am very satisfied with their moving crew and office. I would definitely recommend Flat Price to others.

Moving across the country is such a big and courageous step! As exciting as this kind of adventure is, moving can be costly and quite frankly stressful. Being able to find reliable assistance can be a hard task. 😔🙁 My cousin just graduated from Boston and was looking for an affordable way to move back to LA. I decided to hire them for my cousin and they even safely shipped her bmw! They really help you trust them throughout the moving process by following up before and after they come to move your stuff and I have to say they offer very competitive rates in comparison to the other moving companies I looked at. I recommend going to them if your looking for reliable coast to coast moving help or even local moving needs 😆💕

Cross country moving can be daunting, but this team made it stress-free! They packed everything efficiently, and we encountered no damages.
