They're terrible. I have infusions scheduled every eight weeks. So far of the three times I've used their service I've had to follow up myself to find out if I even have a nurse coming. Only then do they schedule someone. They give zero advanced notice. The nurses themselves are fine, but the company scheduling them, that are responsible for my health are atrocious.
I have been overwhelmed by the professional care I’ve gotten through Float Health. I was told it was started by a nurse, and that makes complete sense given the care that I have been given. I’ve gotten infusions in Hawaii as well where I thought my nurse could never be out done until I showed up in Sonoma with Float Heath. My nurse Laurie has been amazing. Her flexibility and care have made me feel very comfortable with my infusions. She is so kind and caring that I don’t ever want her to leave. She is the most adorable nurse you’ve ever met. I highly recommend Float health for those people that are lucky enough to experience Float Health. They offer many services such as lab draws, IVIG, pretty much any kind of infusions that You can imagine that normally would be done in a clinic, but for patients comfort, they are all done in the comfort of your own home. We love you, Laurie
Not impressed so far. I had an appointment this morning at 9 am. The nurse never showed up. It is now almost 10:30. I have texted and called but no information regarding my infusion. They said the team has reached out to the nurse but don't know the outcome........they just called and were unable to get ahold of Tiffany. Want to send another nurse and are waiting to see when they could come. So frustrating! The infusion is on a schedule so it looks like I'm going to have issues and probably miss work because someone can't be responsible and answer calls. I do realize that situations arise that is beyond someone's control. I do hope that everything is alright with the nurse.
Wonderful helpful staff from day one .. their guidance and support allowed me to provide what we all want … kind loving care . I cover some of the distance cities in my area from palm springs to kern county so I love the diverse patients and their needs
I have been working with Float Health since May 2023. Great place to work 1) hours 2) pay 3) office communication 4) administration and 5) charting - are all top of the line. I love my patients! Even though it is a part time job I still get stable hours and able to pre-book my assignments weeks in advance which gives me life - work balance. Thank you Float - best company to work as a travel / home health nurse outside of the hospital environment.
Avoid Float and its nurses as a patient! Because of their incompetence and using poorly vetted/trained nurses, I had to tell my home infusion pharmacy to stop using them. The last straw was when the last nurse they sent didn’t even lock the IV line so that when I went to the bathroom, a ton of blood went out from my IV line and got over me and the floor. That has never happened to me in over a decade of getting infusions! I also left a voicemail and text with Elena, the nursing coordinator, to explain my issues in detail but she never returned my call. Hence, I’m providing this review to warn other patients.
LOVE THIS COMPANY!! They have the best resources and give you the confidence you need sometimes walking into a patient's home. There is always someone available and it has really helped me to get out of my comfort zone and extend my skills!

A Nursing company who puts the patients and their preferences first and has professional, skilled, and kind nurses.
Horrible company to sign on. They manipulate the assignments to their advantage. Basically you won’t get the assignment you want, you might only get the horrible ones their friends don’t want. Be careful with your profile data as well, nobody knows how they manipulate it to their benefits. Don’t recommend
