Recently bought a Chevy Van from them. The owner was courteous, professional and went out of his way to accommodate us. As a business owner myself i believe in good customer service. I recommend doing business with them.

Extremely Unprofessional and Sketchy Process. If I could give 0 stars I would. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from this dealership to go elsewhere or be real careful. double-check all paperwork, ask questions, and be prepared to walk away. From start to finish, the experience was disorganized, stressful, and unprofessional. The dealer repeatedly stalled the transaction and openly complained about how little profit he was making, as if that was the buyer’s responsibility. At one point, he became visibly frustrated and lashed out when we asked legitimate questions about the paperwork, claiming he had a headache because he “wasn’t making any money” on the deal. The vehicle was a 2019 dodge charger, had 135,772 miles and a cracked window, which the dealer explicitly said the day before would be fixed, only to backtrack the next day and say he would not be paying for it after all. Paperwork was not making sense, We were given multiple versions of title-related documents. The dealer avoided properly signing and listing Navy Federal Credit Union as the lienholder. One document he finally signed was different from the version previously presented. When questioned about why the documents did not match, instead of explaining, he became defensive and hostile

One of the Best Auto dealers I have ever dealt with. Honest, trustworthy and have quality rides. I highly recommend these guys and will definitely be using them again.

Do not be enticed by the positive reviews. They appear to be fake. Hernan is an untrustworthy dealer of auctioned and poorly maintained vehicles. He sold me a lemon. The 30-day warranty he provided turned out to be utterly worthless. I strongly advise having his vans thoroughly inspected by a mechanic before making any purchase. Additionally, it's important to note that his prices are higher than the market value, despite the reviews. He initially appeared to be accommodating, he agreed to install wheels from a different van, replace the shelves, and the cargo rug when I purchased a van. He provided a 30-day warranty since I arrived without a mechanic and assured me that he would replace nearly anything if needed. However, it soon became apparent that this was merely a façade. He also promised to repaint certain rusted areas and even "match the paint", but it turned out he simply sprayed paint over the rust. Immediately after driving the van, I noticed it veered to one side and required replacement of a suspension arm. I contacted Hernan, but he dismissively mocked me, claiming the mechanic was attempting to deceive me and that the issue was merely tire pressure. He was laughing at me on the phone. Upon picking up the van originally, I discovered low coolant levels. After gradually adding a gallon, I had to replace the radiator due to a leak. The air conditioning system provided inadequate cooling, and Hernan falsely insisted that it would only function while driving (another lie). Ultimately, I had to replace both the A/C compressor and condenser, as they were damaged by metal shavings from the compressor. To add insult to injury, I found an excessive amount of water underneath the rug, along with a leak in the front windshield and a detached rubber weather strip while driving on the highway. Hernan was well aware of his dishonest practices and intentionally evaded me when I arrived to collect my license plates, closing the gates behind him. After spending an additional $2,600 on repairs, I decided to search the vehicle identification number (VIN) online, only to discover that it had been sold at an auction for half of what I paid Hernan. I strongly advise against dealing with him. Protect yourself from being taken advantage of and save yourself the trouble and expense.
