Check out your employee sharing the location of ICE agents all over Social Media ALL THE WHILE MENTIONING “Francesca’s” as her place of employment! Not a good look for her or your store, I certainly will never shop at your business again, and neither will the hundreds of us that have seen her video. Debra; the manager, was exceptional! From the moment I went into the store, I was greeted. I was given prompt assistance to finding a matching outfit to an event that I will be attending. The layout and organization of the boutique was superb, top notch, not like other boutiques I've tried shopping at! Nice quality fabric from a gorgeous boutique. Checkout was speedy. I will definitely be returning! Worth every penny! Thanks Debra!

Worst customer service!! Never go to this location! One of the employees ( female with black hair looks Hispanic that is working today at approximately 1pm )I never got a chance to get her name, super rude and miserable person and took it on the customers after a misunderstanding about the return policy and how they have to take your ID to return an item that was purchased at the same moment and cost less than $20 !! I asked why do you need the ID she said :it’s policy. I said I never heard of that. She said : do you want see my screen I said no, please do it because I’m in a rush She said : I’ll take my time! And then her colleague gave her the phone and she stopped working on my return and started doing something else! I said can you get us done first we where here first Then she ignored me I asked for the manager because of the rude behavior Then she called the manager and the manager wasn’t any help she just kept saying its policy even though I was complaining about the rude behavior and said she will be there in 5 min I said I’m in a rush and don’t want to talk to her and just get it done so I can leave . Then the employee threaten and said : would you like me to clock out and explain why we need the ID !!! Then she clocked out and I just took my item and left ! I will call corporate and update this comment with there response
Had a great experience shopping. The lead salesperson helped me find a dress and a shirt quickly. Checking out took a while. Only one register was open and there was an issue with someone’s order. It seemed like we were waiting for 10 minutes. It happens.
The store is small but the clothing quality of Francesca's is worth it in my opinion. The bonus here is that the staff are attentive and ready to help. Shopping here feels good.
Manager said I could exchange over the phone but when I got to the store they denied my exchange. The clothes had tags and receipt.
Got this super cute dress and the employees gave me so many compliments when I had it on was feeling really good about myself
Every time birthdays from family and friends come up I know I only have to come here and I'm set. I'm always satisfied knowing I can find the perfect gift.
Lady was very rude to myself and my wife no customer service what so ever and that was 5 secs into the store
