Carlos was amazing. He was very friendly and knowledgable. I had a wonderful experience at From the Earth. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. I walk with a cane because of neuropathy and everyone offered me a wheelchair or special assistance because of my disabilities. I felt very welcomed. Carlos suggested some products to help with my nerve pain. Please pay Carlos a visit. You will not be disapponted. They also have a great rewards program. Be sure to ask about it.

For several years now I have been a med customer and tried several dispensaries in the region. The staff is exceptional and consistent in regard to genuinely engaging with the customer. Knowledgeable and thoughtful every single time. I will go out of my way to go downtown to see my friends.

This is the first dispensary I have been to for Recreational Marijuana. The lady that helped me was polite and did not rush me a bit, even with the line. She was easy to communicate with and helpful. (Especially when finding what I wanted on her tablet.) I couldn't ask for a more simple experience. I will come back.
