So, so glad we stopped here! As a standalone vintage clothing store, it's one of the better ones (huge selection *and* the front of the store is like a mini record store) - but the indoor and outdoor bars offering yummy margaritas and in-house infusions to sip while you ship is the cherry on top.

Cool spot and a great idea that I wish that someone would copy where I live. While I didn’t shop, another member of our party enjoyed looking through the vintage clothes selection. Luckily, there’s a great bar to sit at and enjoy a drink either while you shop or wait for someone you’re with to shop. Lots of cool cocktails made with house-infused liquor and a good local beer selection. It’s worth a stop in even if you’re not planning on shopping.

This is a great shop with unique repurposed clothing plus tons of great gifts and vinyl records. Right in the middle is a bar where bartenders will serve up crafted cocktails and infused shots! Say hi to Alex if you stop in. 🍸🍹

The store within has a lot to offer. This is a cool area and the bartender was my birthday twin!! He was already overloaded with patrons and it was just approaching dinnertime. But I think $20 for an old fashioned is a too much so I wouldn’t go here unless I was already nearby.

I’m in the restaurant industry myself, and I’ve honestly never dealt with a ruder bartender. Before she even helped us, we were extremely understanding and waited about 15 minutes to be helped. I came in on June 27 at night and there was a brunette bartender with glasses and a lot of tattoos (probably mid-30s) who eventually took our order. She asked what we wanted, and we said tequila. She immediately responded with, “I’ll just give you what I have,” in the most disrespectful tone. When we paid, she slammed our card down on the counter like it was an inconvenience to her and gave a sarcastic smile. All while she was being rude to us, she was also rude to my other friends who ordered well tequila shots and somehow ended up getting Tito’s instead. Overall, the attitude and service were completely unprofessional and honestly put a really bad taste in my mouth.

Amazing Hidden Gem in Downtown Denver! Garage Sale Vintage is an absolute must-visit for anyone who loves vinyl records, vintage fashion, and good vibes! As a huge music fan, I was thrilled to find a fantastic collection of vinyl records spanning a variety of genres, from classic rock to rare finds. The store is well-organized, and the staff is super friendly and helpful if you’re looking for something specific. What really sets this place apart, though, is the bar right in the middle of the store! It adds a unique twist to the shopping experience, where you can grab a craft beer while browsing records and vintage clothing. The bar serves up some great local brews, making it the perfect spot to chill and take in the retro atmosphere. Located in Larimer Square, Garage Sale Vintage is the perfect stop while exploring Denver’s downtown. Whether you’re a music lover, vintage enthusiast, or just looking for a cool spot to grab a drink, this place is a gem. Highly recommend it if you’re in the area!

Is it a bar in a vintage store or a vintage store around a bar? All that matters is it's the perfect combination.

Superrr cute place! Vintage clothes, vinyl records, and a full bar. There is even a couch area with a few games. I spent my time browsing the clothes while my husband enjoyed some cocktails. Arrived at 8pm and stayed for about an hour— would have stayed longer but they were closing, whatever reason my Google Maps had it closing 1hr later at 10pm. The upstairs portion closed even earlier at ~8:30/40pm so I didn’t have a chance to browse the inventory upstairs. I thought that some of the prices were a bit high, esp for the synthetic fabrics, but this is a Vintage resale store and not a thrift store so I understand there is $$ added for the great decor and curated pieces. However, some of the clothing could be purchased new for the same price, or even less on sale. I did find one silk shirt made in India for $34 (looked pretty new) and I thought that was fair but found a polyester dress that was embroidered for $60 and thought that was too much. I would give it 4.5⭐️ because the music and super nice employees. My husband said his cocktail (the signature margarita) was delicious and well made + balanced (not too sweet). Will definitely be back next time I’m in Denver to check out the upstairs.

We were walking around Larimer popping into shops and did not expect this place to have a bar too! So interesting! Great drinks, cool clothing pieces, and good vibes. The clothes were slightly overpriced for a “thrift shop” type vibe, but that’s just my opinion.

Great original infused vodka shots. I suggest the Rebel Rebel. Super nice and clean collection of vintage clothing. Fair prices. Cool stickers and collectibles. Records. And a hot sauce wall! Next time I'll wait to eat before visiting so I can try the tacos.
