Absolutely love using Gavel! The software is incredibly powerful and super easy to use, making it an essential tool for my company (ABL Space Systems). The Gavel’s customer support is super friendly and always ready to help with any questions we have. They are constantly developing and adding new features. Highly recommend!
Good idea, poor execution. The level of complexity of the task exponentially increases time & complexity to develop the automation. The result is, you can automate easy tasks that have little value to automate, and more complex tasks can be, as a practical matter, impossible. Technical support and management repeat as nauseum they understand the frustration, it's just a learning curve issue, you just need to get it all set up and Gavel has powerful logic tools. Problem is, there are always going to be changes and tweaks. In my opinion, you're just swapping time in managing the process for moderately reduced time to produce the document to no practical end or time savings. Management is desperate to avoid facing the shortfalls in their system and the fallacy of preposterous denials of limitations. If you like drinking "Kool Aid" feel free to consume your time. If you want something that is easy to use and has people who listen to the English words you say and make actual responses and not spew a list of marketing jargon AVOID.
