Very poor customer service. I ordered from this company (with plenty of time before Christmas and was advised my order would arrive roughly 2 weeks beforehand). With a week until Christmas, I checked the status of my order online, and called FedEx for an update. The FedEx rep said that this company filled out the paperwork incorrectly so the package was sent back to them. I did not receive any notification from this company that my order would not be arriving. I have still not heard anything despite me reaching out to them for an explanation. If they can't fill out simple paperwork, that should say something about the business. I would never use this company again, nor recommend them to anyone.
