Had a question about foundations, slabs, on a property I was purchasing. These guys know what they are talking about, educated me, and helped me through my issue,, Very helpful, I would use them again.
My experiences with Geoscience Engineering and Testing have consistently been excellent. I find the level of expertise, attention to customer needs, and the value they offer to be second to none. In addition, I have had the opportunity to visit their operation. Their laboratory and testing facility is truly impressive. The entire team seems to be very friendly, well organized, and extremely knowledgeable. Bob Smith, the President has done an excellent job of leading this company in addition to staying connected with the customers. Whenever I present Bob and his team with a challenge they quickly respond with a cost effective and sensible solution. I would also like to acknowledge the efforts of Roxana Aguilar, whom I deal with for most of my everyday needs. Roxana is truly wonderful and an absolute pleasure to work with. Well I called to get a soil test on my property and they explained what they do they even have a nice video so I decided to go with them on a job. The bad part is that nobody got back to me I guess buisness is that good that they do not need anymore. I talked to Roxana she sent me a quote and I was good with the quote called back left message no response. I even gave it a second chance called left message no response back. I cannot believe I even tried the third time talked to her she said she would submit a new quote after some suggestions and never received a quote. No problem there is plenty of other companies that want my buisness. Just though I would share this with readers so you can be informed. My thinking on this matter is that this company gets work from companies so if you are an individual they kick you to the curve and take care of them first.
The President of GeoScience and Engineering, Bob Smith, believes that it's acceptable to harass and impune a good organization for following good business practices. He has been bullying a not-for-profit credit union that I lead in Cypress for over a week. Mr. Smith is not our member nor a customer of ours. But he is trying to gain access to an account of one of our members who recently passed away. To date, he has demonstrated no legal right to do so. Our members expect us (and the law requires us) to protect their hard earned money. Because he doesn't like the information that we've provided, he has decided to slander our reputation online and bully us. If this is the kind of behavior that you believe is appropriate, I would highly recommend GeoScience and Engineering. Otherwise, I would seek an organization led with stronger core values and professional discourse.
Outstanding experience using Geoscience. They contacted me 30 minutes prior to testing as requested. The office staff and technicians were very accommodating. Value was great. I highly recommend them for any geotechnical testing needs or requirements.
