Tried many times to explain that i would like to purchase product from them but they were incredibly difficult to work with
No restrooms available for drivers. Walked to main entrance and they would not allow me to use the restroom
Worst place to unload they make you wait 24 hr to unload , no convenient for the driver. No bathroom, no food. They don’t let you know that they are unloading you tell the next day, they leave you hanging.
The staff was friendly, over night parking for 6 or so trucks, my appointment was for 11 am, I got here at 5AM when they opened and they said they would unload me between trucks.
A fast and efficient distribution center they get your order to you on time and intact they work until the job is finished they also employee several Kansas city workers they have a great tradition of pleasing the customer so I say stop in and see for yourself
Willing to unloaded early. But you can not let your truck idle, they don't care how hot it is with no airflow on your truck
Good place, friendly people with good attitude, sorry no restrooms as company policy. Open 0500. Take you right way. Overnight truck parking yes. Big open lot for parking.
Read one star reviews before to get here. Here appointment doesn't mean anything, three hours after appointment don't have a door yet. Every hour asking about any news but fat girl at reception asking just wait until will be called. Don't be surprised if nobody call you, and she is making look, after all, like seeing you at first time. 5 hours. Had wasted whole day.
Truck Driver. Easy docks. They get you into the dock quick. Takes them about 2 hours to unload but thats pretty normal for this kinda place. Super nice. Have a bathroom if you ask got for one.
Quick and efficient on check in, unloading and verifying count. Could not have asked for a better live unload. It's like they know we have a schedule (clock) that is ticking down and don't want to waste a minute of our time, so we can continue to make money.
