I had a great experience working with Mr. Gonzalez and would definitely recommend Gonzalez Legal Aid to anyone who needs assistance after an accident. From the beginning, Mr. Gonzalez provided me with the knowledge and guidance I needed, including explaining how to file claims and what information and documentation I should request from the other party and their insurance company. One thing I especially appreciated was how he reassured me that my medical needs were still important even though I did not receive medical attention at the scene of the accident. As I began experiencing increasing pain after the wreck, he helped me get the medical care and therapy I needed. After going to the hospital following the accident and spending about a week looking for legal assistance, I contacted Mr. Gonzalez. He reached out to me immediately, obtained my files, and began working on my case right away. Throughout the entire process, he kept me informed and made sure I understood what was happening, especially regarding my claim and payment. I also appreciated how accessible he was. He allowed me to contact him whenever I had questions and consistently got back to me within a reasonable amount of time, sometimes within 24 hours.
