Dropped off a cramic christmas village structure at their drop off. I was horrified to see the attendant go to the door of the trailer and throw it into the back of the trailer. Even though it was in a box I fear it is now in pieces. I will not use their drop off any more.
All the reviews i read that are negative were all wrong.i did cs here and every person who walked in store got greeted and was told what color was on sale i love this store....been to many and this is my favorite keep up good hard work....
Never even been there but I called and asked for an item check and in a very rude white trash manner she said "what is a item check?" As if I was stupid. And I said check for an item. She then proceeded to answer me in a series of mumbles even an English major couldn't comprehend. Not interested.
Tried to take donations to the store was told they do not accept donations after 5pm. It was 515pm. Made us take the stuff to a different location. Kind of inconvenient if ya ask me. So we are taking the stuff to lake worth. It is a much better one anyway!
Staff is great. The prices cannot be beat. I bought a tv stand for my 60" tv there and it's very nice and I only paid 35.00 dollars for it. Three store is clean.
I love this goodwill !! Fantastic staff , always friendly and helpful! Found so many many wonderful things here for my home and friends! And now they are remodeling their store! It's going to be beautiful!
I miss Ola Mae this used to be the best Goodwill now it's cluttered and trashy like the rest. The racks are often packed too tight making them unshoppable ... A top five no no in retail... And they're crammed with crap that should be on a dollar rack. Their housewares are ridiculous. I'm not sure what they're thinking. If I'm going to pay more for used clothes I'm going to go someplace like Mccart or Thrift Town that carries better stuff.
Rude & paranoid staff. I went in there with my best friend of 15 years, & who I live over an hour away from go in to look around. We go into fitting rooms where I am nearly tackled by employee saying how much I'm aloud to take in there , saying "it's posted of the door" but the door was open so I didn't see the sign on the front of the door. I said okay sorry & she then freaks out after turning around to walk away after she realizes I might be going into a dressing room in which was already destroyed. So she buts me out of the way to pick up all hangers & clothing scatter across the floor. I then say "jeez". She then replys with what sounded like the b word under her breath. She did something similar a couple minutes later to my friend is dressing room next to mine. She was nothing but rude, & unwelcoming. Makes me want to stick to Thrift Giant bc Goodwill is definitely not what it used to be. Instead of keeping up with fitting rooms, and other duties employees like to laugh & joke around. WHEN RUNNING A BUSINESS LOKE GOODWILL DONT HIRE SNOBBY, UNPLEASANT, & HORRIBLE MANNERED EMPLOYEES. TRUE COLORS ALWAYS SHOW.
Could not believe the prices, way higher than Walmart. You are selling things that were donated and cost you nothing. Selling at ridiculously inflated prices shouldn’t be necessary. Plus your corporate salaries prove that’s not exactly where it is going.
JUST WOW! CLEAN STORE EASY TO SHOP AND CAN WE TALK ABOUT THE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. I WANT TO GIVE A SHOUT OUT TO MEGAN, JODIE, JOJO AND DEMOND. OUTSTANDING ESPECIALLY MEGAN🌻😊❤️
