His goal is perfection. Blake built my home to last for generations and require minimal maintenance. I have the lowest energy bills of anyone I know due to the air sealing, insulation, and HVAC system used in my home. Blake will not compromise on quality. If it’s “cheap” you’re looking for, Blake is not your guy. If it’s a high quality, energy efficient, comfortable custom home you’re looking for, Grissom Homes is the builder for you. I’d wouldn’t use anyone else.
If you're concerned about quality construction, then Blake Grissom is your builder. I have 10+ experience in the building business and I have never met a builder more concerned about quality and making sure each home he builds represents this quality. Grissom Built = Quality Built.
Grissom built homes constructed the home I live in now. Blake is a trust worthy builder that is conscientious of every detail of the home building process. If I were to build another home Grissom built would’ve my first call.
