I had an agent named Anthony that sold me a health insurance plan, vision and dental. He told me the insurance plan had a $0 and $161 critical incident. I went to cancel my insurance plan and it turns out the critical incident was a completely separate plan that I did not request and never used so I’ve been paying $161 for months for no reason. He also enrolled me in MedMobile and was not direct that this was a separate service that was costing me around $50 a month. It may have been in the fine print, I don’t know, but it was not directly and clearly communicated to me. I find this to be predatory; don’t trust this company
