After being treated at Kaiser my mom required follow up care which Kaiser provided via HealthFlex Home Health and & Hospice. Our experience with Healthflex has been exemplary. My was initially assigned a nurse, after the nurse's initial visit with my mom, she worked with Kaiser to get my mom occupational therapy and physical therapy. The nurse and the therapists have been wonderful. They are so kind and are genuinely concerned about my mom's well being. This is obviously more than just a job to the people who are working with my mom. I feel as though they are treating my mom as if she was their mom.
Samantha has been a great help. She obviously has experience in handling patients with dementia. She gently nudges my brother to follow her instructions in stretching his arms, legs and walking. Thank you Samantha.
The best experience we had with home health. Staff is great and really gave top tier care. I highly recommend the care team we had, you wont find a better care team. Nurse Rock Cameron is the absolute best. He is "down to earth, cool guy" (fiance feedback). He is punctual, and professional and our children would be happy to see him. Pt Filex is the best of the best. He comes in ready to work. He's knowledgeable, really knows his stuff, just intelligent. Explains the exercises, answers any questions thoroughly, set goals for my fiancé, just overall really GREAT. Every single appt we learned something new and it was helpful. I personally like how polite he is. Ot Kevin, one word, IMPRESSIVE. Kevin was able to better any issues my fiancé was experiencing. He was able to loosen the TIGHEST muscles and easily pinpoint the root problem and helped my fiance worked through them. These men really motivated my fiance to work hard and work through some of the struggles that come after a stroke. Five stars for every single one of them and I HIGHLY recommend these three men. 5 STARS. Thanks guys you are great.
Recently my husband had to spend some time in skilled nursing. Upon his return home, he required some help at home. We used HealthFlex and they were wonderful. We had a nurse, physical therapist, and an occupational therapist. They all were very professional, helpful, and also very personable. In addition, the office would call periodically to check on our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company.
Both my parents at some point were assigned to receive the HealthFlex care. We are very thankful to the team of nurses, physical therapists and occupational therapists who visited them. Not only they provided a very good professional care but they also displayed patience, special touch, an ability to find the right approach for the people who have many medical conditions and dementia. They demonstrated the human side of care, made my parents smile and follow their instructions, and we are very grateful to them for that.
Excellent service! My nurse, Katherine, was very friendly and attentive. I love that my Kaiser Permanente coverage offered this in-home check - ins after my surgery.
With mom in and out of the hospital it has been a confusing process but when we were connected with Health Flex, she was able to receive physical therapy, occupational therapy, and assisted nursing services from people who showed her the kind of care and respect she deserves. They were very patient with mom and I appreciated that they all worked as a team to get her back up moving and feeling good again.
Kathleen is an amazing OT resource - she’s creative, knowledgeable, great communication skills, super supportive and she made the recovery process much easier and safe.
Everyone I have met has been very helpful and friendly. Alexa and Kristine have both taken the time to explain the process and the needed steps involved. They have been very knowledgeable and very supportive. I am completely satisfied with the care I have received.
I have nothing but good things to say about Health Flex. Nurse Linming have been so nice and encouraging throughout this healing process. PT Tiffany has been so helpful with the exercises. My process has been amazing and I’m doing the exercises religiously as I want to be functional as quickly as possible. Both ladies have been very instrumental in my healing and I have nothing but thanks to them both!
