I am very happy! I had a good initial consultation to discuss my options. Then I placed my first Henry Meds order. I am losing weight, feeling better, my appetite is under control which is something that I still can't fully believe! Thanks Henry Meds for making this not only affordable but easy accessible!

I am only 5 weeks in, but so far so good. My prescription has helped with my weight and blood pressure. It has also helped me make better choices with my protein and cholesterol intake. My initial consultation went very well and Lauren was very friendly and helpful with her tips to succeed. I will update again when I get to the end of my 3 month period.

I live in Washington and have been using Henry Meds since 10/2023. I've officially lost 100 lbs with them. The process has been very smooth, and my medication has always arrived on time and in good condition. I highly recommend!

Sign a 6 m contract then they do not deliver the product. Make you jump through a bunch of hoops. Its not like calling Walgreens and asking for a refill...they make you make an appointment that is difficult to make. Support is a cluster. A disappointment. Go elsewhere

Does anything work at Henry Meds I received my initial prescription after paying. it arrived 5 days later. That was two months ago. The only other thing that arrived afterwards were two monthly invoices for $249 each but no medication. I tried reaching out via the phone number listed (three times) but it did not ring. This was at 4pm PST on June 17th. I tried the online chat feature but after waiting for a response, I was informed that the chat feature was closed. After taking the meds for two months, I gained three pounds. It seems that the only thing that works at Henry Meds id their automatic billing. I was charged on the10th of each for each month but only received the initial shipment. I made an appointment with the PA for June 23rd in hopes of at least talking to someone before I inform my CC company of a possible fraud charge.

I was very happy with the 12 week plan I purchased. I had a great Doctor consultation and amazing results. I have lost over 30 pounds and the medication has genuinely changed my life. I paid 3 payments of $300ish per my contract but I’m suddenly being charged $49 for I’m not sure what because I have not received anything else nor have I reached out for additional services/ support. I’m still in the process of figuring out why I’m still being charged but I was very happy with everything up until this issue. I hope this was just a mistake because otherwise they have been amazing!

Buyer Beware - Hidden Billing Structure I signed up for what was advertised as a "$349/month membership" but received a 2-month supply of medication upfront with separate charges. This wasn't clearly disclosed during signup. The Real Problem: When the oral tirzepatide caused adverse effects (weight gain, increased inflammation), I reported this within the first week. The company took 3 days to respond, then scheduled my appointment 4 days later. These delays pushed my cancellation request past their billing date, and I was charged for a second month of medication I couldn't use. Customer Service Issues: Supervisor "Aleasha" was inflexible and dismissive. She refused to escalate the matter, claiming no higher authority exists, and showed no empathy for a patient experiencing medication side effects. Her responses were condescending and unhelpful. Bottom Line: Marketing is misleading about billing structure Customer service lacks training in medical situations Inflexible policies don't account for adverse reactions No accountability for reasonable patient concerns I've had to file regulatory complaints and dispute charges through my credit card company. A reputable medical service should handle patient concerns with more professionalism and flexibility. Would not recommend - especially if you have any concerns about how new medications might affect you.

I received glo1 semiglutide injections for 3 months. Payment was 267.00 for 6 months. It is now 9 months later, I haven't received any injections since April, but they continue taking 267.00 out monthly. Then I was told it automatically renewed , I didn't sign up for that, and no additional meds were sent. I when I asked why, they said I had to make a request to speak with a physician to get the prescription. Waiting to see if they refund for the 801.00 they took without providing any medications.

Buyer Beware! I had a 6-month subscription for GLP1 oral at $249/mo and cancelled at the end of my subscription. I found it hard to cancel on the portal, so I called Henry Meds. They assured me that my subscription was cancelled BUT two months later I was billed for $498. I called Henry Meds and they said I cancelled the auto-renewal but not the subscription. Henry Meds said they will check into the issue. Hopefully I will get back my $498.

I have been on medically supervised testosterone replacement therapy for over 12 years. During my recent 3-month check-in with Henry Meds, a lab processing issue outside of my control required me to repeat blood work. I completed the repeat labs promptly and followed up multiple times requesting scheduling, as I was close to running out of medication. Despite several emails clearly explaining the urgency and the risks of abruptly stopping long-term TRT, I received no timely response and was only offered an appointment date after my medication supply was exhausted. Multiple escalation emails went unanswered. As a result, my TRT was involuntarily interrupted due to administrative delays, which is a serious continuity-of-care concern. This experience raised significant issues around provider access, responsiveness, and patient safety for time-sensitive medications.
