Great new(ish) spot! Delicious beer and food (Infinite Crystal Hazy IPA was juicy and refreshing, and the fried mushrooms were very tasty). We sat on the nice, covered patio and my kids enjoyed watching the trains go by!
Awesome brewpub! Fun relaxed atmosphere and quality food and beverage. One of my favorite spots to go when I am visiting Seattle.
This place is a win! The beer is great, the food? Even better! I think the Burger is top 5 in Seattle. The atmosphere is giving retro diner tavern vibe, there are TVs, an outdoor space and plenty of seating inside. The place is cozy and welcoming. They have beer, wine and even a select list of speciality cocktails- catering to everyone! Their brewer collaborates with other local brewers and knows how to make a good beer. Check this place out!
Seriously great spot. The burgers are creative and really delicious, and they have lots of vegetarian options. They really mean it when they say '90s McDonald's fries' they nailed them! Beer, wine, cocktails, trivia! Oh, and their patio is awesome.
Stopped by yesterday for a sampling of their beers- so glad we did! I loved the vibe of the place, it was clean, open, airy, and inviting. We also enjoyed the space because it’s close to downtown/Pikes place, but far away enough from the hustle and bustle to be enjoyable. The beer line up had a good variety, a lot of IPAs but also others such as lager, sour, etc. I tried a couple of the cocktail IPAs which had unique and delicious flavor profiles. The sour was SOUR but in a good way. My husband had one of their most popular IPAs (blanking on the name…) and said it was the best IPA he’d had on our vacation (this was the sixth brewery we’d visited all week LOL). They have a good food menu, but we weren’t able to try any due to time constraints. They also have a good happy hour, and very interesting looking cocktails I would have been interested in trying.
Updating to 4-stars from 3. Cleanliness and consistency of food has improved - muy bueno! If it keeps up, definitely updating to 5-stars. Would love to come here several times a week but as it stands, the only time this place is worth visiting is during peak hours on a weekend, so that the food has a decent chance of being fresh. I live across the street, so frequent this place. It’s pricey, which is totally fine - except the quality varies drastically. Some days the burger and drink are well worth the $30 price tag for 1 burgers w fries and 1 drinks. Sometimes, I’m filled with regret. Specifically, if you can improve on two things it would easily be 4 or 5 stars: 1. Your burgers. They range from amazing smash burgers with the right amount of fillings and sauces to smelly meat that is definitely questionable. The smash itself is inconsistent, either being super smashed and simply burned because of how thin it is, to being so wide it’s a bit rare, which highlights the unfreshness of the meat. The toppings are inconsistent, sometimes you get the cheese, or sauce or onions, etc., sometimes you get nothing. 2. The fries are worse than freezer fries. Just back to the drawing board on that one please. Staff are really great. Cleanliness could improve. It smells funky, maybe get one or two more fans in the place to keep the air circulating?
Very friendly bar, interesting views and some fantastic beers.
Really impressed they had such a wide variety of beer not long after opening and it was all pretty solid. Tavern burger rivals Loretta's. Not sold on the seats, they look cool but aren't comfy and it was hard finding a clean/dry table when we arrived. Overall needs more mayonnaise.
Great spot, nice patio, good beer and food and friendly staff !
After having spent most of the day walking about in Seattle, going from Pike's Market down to the piers, and then up to Sculpture garden, we were ready to find a good brew pub and enjoy a pint or two, and we stumbled upon Here Today. So glad we did. It was a Friday afternoon (post lunch rush, but before people started to arrive for the evening), so it was quiet and we were able to talk with the folks who work there. They have a really talented group of individuals here, and they take great pride in crafting some really good beers. They have many IPA's to choose from, as well as some other traditional beer options (lager, pilsner, etc...) We really enjoyed their brews very much, and they took very good care of us. Look forward to returning to Seattle in the near future and heading here for another pint or two.
