HAD THE BEST Shopping EXPERIENCE!!!! I went into H&M and a very helpful associate named PAT helped me out ! I was going on a date/getaway and I needed help . He was very knowledgeable about fashion and I feel that he should be recognize !!! I literally was amazed about this experience! It was sincere and fun !! I honestly felt like I had my own personal stylist!! Ask for Pat for assistance. Plus, everyone there was so helpful too! I highly recommend going to this location where the associates do actually help you !!! Thanks Pat! I’ll be shopping there again ! He definitely has talent for this job! I wouldn’t be surprised if he was a low -key celebrity stylist !!!! Thank you 🙏🏽
They need to fix the AC!! I've gone in there more than once and atleast twice their AC wasn't working!! We looked for not even 5 minutes and walked out. It was ridiculous. I feel sorry for those workers! Definitely won't be back until they get it fixed!
Ordinary i would have good things to say ,I've bought clothes here many times before... but today they tried to charge my wife for a bag . Not that it was expensive, but it's a matter of principle. So I suppose now H&M is gonna pat themselves on the back over how eco-friendly they are by trying to squeeze an extra few cents out of customers. I hope you make alot of dimes because I don't think I will be shopping here anymore .that will save your precious bags.
I always enjoy browsing the H&M men's section. I usually find a tie or something. I like H&M because the stores are clean and easy to shop, and this one was no different.
I saw this jacket and I ordered it. I had the most horrible experience it was supposed to be delivered and never was. I was strong along. I called Customer Service. They said they do. DoorDash DoorDash sucks. I hate to use that word but they stole my item never was delivered. I kept being string along Called Customer Service several times even with DoorDash. No one seemed to know nothing so I called my credit card company and let them know so they can take care of it and then do the investigation. It’s a shame because they use these DoorDash to deliver your items and they don’t get delivered their self contracted not knowing who they are. There is no guarantee. I like the items in the store. Unfortunate. This item was not available and so I had to order online. I will not do that again after this experience, I’ve had ordered some stuff before, but it was regular Postal Service. This experience was just too much I’ve dealt with it every day for more than five days and still no results. The bad thing is if you want to get refunded, it takes another two weeks and they need to investigate in that case. I decided to call my Credit card customer Service and let them know what’s going on. they said they’ll do the investigation which is good to me. If you want to buy something I would be advised that it would be better to buy it at the store then to have it delivered to your home. There is no guarantee, especially if it’s something that you want to take on a trip there’s no guarantee that you’re going to receive it. I like the store, but this is not good. I don’t even know if I want to buy anything at the store if I do, it is only to buy something there but no shopping online. It is horrible and it may not happen to you with any of your purchases online, but it can happen and why go through the hassle. Your best thing is to buy it at the store. This way you have it in hand if not doing it online having it delivered to your home is not a good idea. I wish it was delivered to the store. Unfortunate. That wasn’t an option, but please be advised. Do not buy anything online cause there’s no guarantee if they’re doing DoorDash, which they are it’s a chance you’re going to take. PC

They were very rude to my little niece shopping for school clothes. The selection was limited. Disappointing they couldn't make a 8 year old girl shopping experience decent.
Good store, clean. Nice people. Good to run in and see any sales or any clothing items you might need. Has really good work clothes section.

Cute clothes and decent prices. Sizing throws me off a bit. Im normally a S/M in tops and 4 in bottoms. Here, I'm a M/L in tops and about a 6/8 in bottoms.
