I genuinely do not even know where to begin with Homecare Roots because calling this place “just a job” would never do it justice. A lot of companies love to say, “We’re a family,” and then you get there and realize everybody is backstabbing each other, nobody truly cares about you, and you are just another employee on the schedule. Homecare Roots is the complete opposite of that. This is one of the first places I have worked where I can honestly say the word family actually means something. They do not only pour into their clients and make sure they are cared for. They pour into their employees too. They check on you, support you, encourage you, and make you feel like you matter beyond what you can do for the company. Rob Roman is truly one of a kind. He is an incredible human being with such a big heart, and once you know his story and understand where his passion comes from, it makes even more sense why Homecare Roots feels the way it does. He genuinely cares about people, and that heart is reflected throughout the company. What means the most to me is how much they have supported me even as my own journey has continued to grow and change. Between school, pursuing other healthcare opportunities, and needing to take time away, I have never once been made to feel guilty or like I was no longer part of the family. If anything, they have encouraged me, prayed for me, supported me, and constantly reminded me that I will always have a place with them. That is something I will never forget. I truly thank God that Rob and Homecare Roots became part of my journey. Some jobs are just jobs, and then there are places that become part of your story. Homecare Roots is absolutely part of mine. Whether you are looking for a company to care for someone you love or you are a healthcare professional looking for somewhere that will actually value you as a human being, I would recommend Homecare Roots 1,000 times over. Five stars honestly does not feel like enough.
I loved Rob and Nurses that I had Ms. Veronica, Mrs. Jessica and Mrs. Kyra they’re the sweetest. They’re my family they made sure my boy was well taken care of without a doubt they treating him like he was their own and love him so much but unfortunately my baby has gained his wings last Nov 18 worst nightmare I’ve experienced never in a million years this would happen to me I’m so angry, hurt, broken and etc. Our life has changed forever I just want my baby back this is extremely hard for me. But Rob and nurses always kept in touch with us and still helped my baby was just only 2 years old but just recently had a birthday last month. My heart just tore apart 💔 but Ja’Shon is my angel can’t nobody replace him. I highly recommend anyone to Homecare Roots. We missed you “Fatty Man” sooooo much man why you had to leave me‼️
