We have worked with Hometown LX on a couple loads now and each time they have showed both us (dispatch team) and our carrier clients nothing but great service and good communication.
If I could give them a zero ,I would. Shipped something with Hometown LX in Aug 2025..Merchandise came in damaged and was given the absolute run-around for six months . Expecting the to lay the claim and nothing happened. No one called, reached out of tried to make right by the customer.Radio silence .Still no resolution (FEB,2026) Will never deal with a third party logistics company ever again after this experience.. If you have a choice.. USE SOMEONE ELSE

We have done a few loads with Hometown LX now and it has been a breeze. Brandon Bixler is professional, and honest. Which is something we need more of in the trucking/logistic industry. The shipper and receiver we went to for Hometown were organized and efficient. The appointment time actually mattered, and once we arrived at our appointment time we were loaded and on the road relatively quickly.
We are motor carrier and delivered few loads for this brokerage. My freight broker (Mike Eisberg) is super nice. Easy to reach, fast to get answers. Highly recommended.
I will definitely be moving freight for this brokerage again. One of my drivers had a 3 day delay on a load I was moving for them and they were very understanding and patient with us. We got this load delivered, the broker at Hometown LX was very easy to work with.
This brokerage supported their broker on putting a false claim on us. We have all the proof to clearly show that this claim was false. It is a shame a brokerage thinks they can do whatever they want and have no consequences for their actions. Funny enough this brokerage even tried to not pay us as well. Horrible service from their broker and compliance team who enabled their broker to issue this claim.
