Terrible shady tactics. Booked a load with louis and he never followed through to send the rate con and left me waiting for 2 hours and i ended up losing the day. Why not just say its not ready or we have to move on but instead string you around ?

Today, September 30, 2005. You all, specifically, Zach Dultra, completely wasted my time today. And I ABSOLUTELY do not appreciate it. And My dispatcher is to blame as well. After I told him, the unit cannot be loaded & forwhatever reason, he ( my dispatcher) wanted to appease the broker. That's a big No No, in my book! I get on the phone with Zach, explaining whats going on. Calm, cool and collected. After two hours goes by, his "customer" wanted to be "Mr. FIXIT", and it still didn't work. The Problem? Both the "customer" and Zach, verbally agreed to pay for yet another failed try ans my time. The customer that was there on the ground with me asked, "what will it take to try and reload it again"? I replied "whatever you think it's worth". Ultimately, 150. Again, IM NOT TALKING ABOUT TONU! IM TALKING ABOUT WHAT WE AGREED TO. I texted Zack, about the payment. Now, all of a sudden, you've talked to 30 drivers and ironically, you don't know what was said? BS. Ain't no way in hell, you forgot about what we talked about, my guy. At the end of the day you didn't keep you word. AGAIN, NOT TONU! Now, THIS WAS "MY" EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. "IF"...there's a next time, my experience, may be different. BUT AS OF TODAY, you guys are just like the others. Ill be sure to put the trucking community on notice about, Hookset Solutions. Specifically, Zack Dultra. Your word is all you got, Sir. And, right now, it aint worth a damn.
