Icon Suit

Went to Angelo for a custom suit for my wedding. I can easily say he made the process so much easier! He spent time helping find the right swatch to match what my groomsman are wearing, but still standout. The suit is an absolute perfect fit. I will never buy a suit from somewhere else. If you are thinking about getting a suit here, think no more. You will not regret it!

Angelo and Icon Custom Suit are fantastic. I've never gotten any custom piece of clothing, but wanted to get a suit made for our wedding. I was a little bit intimidated by the process, and super unsure what I wanted at first, but Angelo explained and lead us through every step of the process with knowledge and style, and made it fun as well! I had a great experience getting fitted for a custom wedding suit. Angelo did a great job explaining to me the different fabrics, designs, details, everything. He worked with me to find something in my price range that I would love and he nailed it. Usually clothes never fit me properly, since I'm 6'5'' and all legs, but not the case here. It fits perfectly and I feel like a million bucks wearing it. It's exactly what I want to be wearing on my wedding day. Can't thank him enough.

I recently went to Icon Suits for my wedding suit. I am getting married in September in Portugal. I went to Angelo with nothing but an idea, he guided me on what I wanted and created the perfect custom wedding suit. I couldn't be happier with it, great prices and great quality. I even brought my brother and Dad back to him to get custom shirts made for them too. Shirts fit perfect and his attention to detail and advice is top level. I highly recommend Angelo and I will be sending some of my wedding guests to him too

Top-tier material that fits around your body precisely the way you ask for from Angelo. To the comments that speak of Angelo as unfriendly, not my experience. He's just not there to be a fake, schmoozy salesman. He's there to build you a terrific suit. He'll give you time, answer questions, and provide experienced guidance when solicited. I hope he soon gets up more pictures of his suits to help you better imagine the final product. I was a little hesitant to make such a big investment based off of a small square of fabric, but I anticipated that the man knew what he was doing and it proved true. Great suit. Very satisfied. My fiance and I had a wonderful time shopping for his custom suit for our wedding. Angelo was friendly and upbeat, guiding us though the many, many options available, from suit materials to lining to buttons and even thread color. I never felt rushed, but Angelo offered his expertise when we were stuck or overwhelmed by choices. Angelo knows his stuff, even the history of suit design, which I found really interesting. Can't wait to see how handsome my fiance will look at our wedding, and thrilled he'll have a fantastic suit to wear again and again.

After having bought off the rack suits for years it was time to order a custom suit for certain events. I met with Angelo at Icon Suit who provided options based upon my preferences. He is very knowledgeable of and passionate about the design and fitting process. I also ordered a custom shirt to compliment the suit. The suit and shirt were perfect so much so that I immediately ordered a sport coat and additional shirt on the spot. The fit, fabric and detail couldn’t be better. Angelo is the real deal. You will not be disappointed.

Angelo is super knowledgeable, great with recommendations but also letting you choose what fits your personality, and ultimately will make sure your set up right!

**Important note: the company owner has responded in the chat, but I’m unable to respond and I think it’s important. In regards to the custom hand-sewn details, this was never offered by Angelo. If the designer does not offer this service how can I know to request it? These are the details they are there to help guide the customer through. Additionally, I’m not overly frustrated with my experience, I just don’t think the value was worth the price I paid for a single jacket. I only want to provide honest and accurate feedback to help future shoppers make informed decisions on vendors. I purchased a sport coat from icon as I have a wedding coming up later this year and wanted to determine which custom suit company provided the best service before selecting them for the suiting process. It was a test run and Icon was one of the companies I selected for the test run. I am trying to write this review as objective as possible so it’s helpful to others moving forward. I have had custom and Bespoke suits made in the past, but am no expert. Just want to share my experiences because this is not a cheap process and people should know what they are getting before they lay down this kind of money. Item: Sports Coat Cost: $1250 The Product: Overall the jacket turned out well in regards of fit. The fabric was also very nice, and Icon had a decent selection. But am I happy with the final product? Not really. For 1200+ dollars I would expect more. The actual tailoring is outsourced overseas. Custom jackets are about the little things. Like for instance the button holes. This jacket had machined button and lapel holes, which were cut after they were sewn. I would expect them to be hand sewn for this price point. Additionally, the lapel button hole was not cut completely. It seems like it was a missed task. Additionally, every custom jacket I have had made in the past had my name embroidered into the jacket lining. It’s not the most important thing ever, but again at this price point little things like this should be expected. The Experience: This is where the majority of my discontent resides. Angelo was the one who helped me, and while he seems like he is probably very knowledgeable, he did not seem very enthusiastic or helpful when working though the customization process. Like I said, I have been through this process with various other tailors, but am no expert. Most clothiers are often very informative and happy to answer questions about when something is too formal for a certain style, or if certain color combinations wouldn’t work very well on the final product. Angelos responses seemed more annoyed by questions rather than helpful. This continued into the 2nd fitting as well. When I went in for my second fitting, there were two primary issues. 1.) He did not seem prepared for my arrival for our meeting (it was the first of the day) and was a bit rude when I arrived. 2.) When I actually put on the coat, he provided no feedback on the fit of the garment. When I asked what his thoughts were, he responded, “If I thought something needed changed I would have already said something.” This just does not instill confidence that he is providing a service to his customers. In my personal experience, it seemed he was more concerned with getting the transaction completed, rather than making sure the experience and fit was exactly right for his customer. Again, this would be okay for a retail store, but for a company who’s google title says “Bespoke & Custom Suits” I would expect more. Final thoughts: I do enjoy the jacket enough to wear, but am not happy with the price I paid for the product and experience I received. I am happy I ran this test before spending thousands of dollars on a bespoke suit because there are much better companies in Denver that will provide a better product, and a much more enjoyable experience, especially for first timers.

My husband had his wedding suit made at Icon Custom Suit and we were absolutely thrilled with the result. The fabric choices were beautiful and the fitting experience was a thoroughly education experience. Angelo was great to work with and we appreciated that he would take the time to provide options, give you a chance to choose, and then speak to the choice you made and why that was good or bad for the body type. It was an awesome experience and now my husband wants a sports coat for his birthday!
