A great experience overall!
This was my first ever experience getting a gutted suit. My buddy is getting married and wanted all of us to have the same matching suits, with minor differences accordong to our own taste. What an awesome experience. Caden, the manager, was super helpful and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the suit. I had no idea there were so many different ways to customize a suit!! I ended up getting a 3 piece suit and Cayden went thru every detail with me! I am super thrilled and I already want to go back to get another suit customized! I would recommend Indochino to anyone who wants to look their best at a reasonable price.
Customization done to every detail was fantastic, however, the fit for a “custom” suit left much to be desired. Even after an hour long measuring in house the pants came back 3-4 sizes too big. A second trip to refine the measurements still left the pants a bit big and with my deadline approaching they had to be taken to an outside tailor for a final fitting. I’ve had better fitting suits that I’ve bought off the rack.
Joseph is a professional! He’s proficient, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions, made recommendations, and showed me different options. Joseph personalized my visit by making me feel I was the most important person in the store. He was diligent to remeasure me and meticulously in fitting. The added touches he assisted me with like monograms on my shirts and two-line sayings on the inside of my suit jackets capped off a great visit. I am excited to receive my new suits, vests, and shirts. Thank you, Joseph.

I was really disappointed with my Indochino showroom visit today. The fabric selection is limited and the quality is cheap. They only offer basic plastic buttons, and the rep called all the linings "silk" until I checked the physical samples—several were viscose, and the ones I would have accepted were out of stock. I left before even getting fitted. If you want real quality, go to a traditional tailor instead.
Jesus was great! I was able to pick out the fabric that I wanted for my suits and the fit is superb. Measurements were completed in store. My suits arrived in a timely manner. Will most definitely be ordering from them again.
This was the best experience I’ve ever had while getting fitted for custom garments. Even further than that, my best retail store experience. John is the real deal and exceptional at his job. I’m a general manager for a large fitness corporation and have worked in the retail environment for years, just to add some credibility to this review. From the moment I CALLED to set up an appointment last minute John was not only kind, but also explained the why behind everything by throughout the entire process. When I showed up to the store the experience became even greater. John was very welcoming and explained everything throughout the whole process. He made me feel very comfortable (which sometimes can be hard for tailors) and asked lots of questions throughout the process while displaying his wealth of knowledge to guide me when necessary. I will be recommending John and this location specifically to everyone I meet that has suiting needs.
Caden was a tremendous help in getting me perfectly fitted in my tux for my wedding. Being someone who has always struggled to find things that fit especially in the suiting department it made it a much better process seeing him take the time to make sure everything worked. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
