These thieves will charge you for services you didn't request. Be very careful and ideally don't give these scammers your money. After contacting support, i was informed that they couldn't refund the money they stole because they've been stealing it for so long they decided to keep it.

I guess they shut down without notice? Been 24 hours plus with no connectivity, websites down, no one answering the phones. Cost me thousands of dollars and hundreds of pissed off customers. Will be looking for their replacement today to give my hard earned money too.

If we could give less than 1 star, we certainly would. Customers please beware of this company - The customer service is terrible! Whoever is doing the accounting is horrible, they never billed us for one of our accounts and let the domain name expire and then they blamed us for the whole ordeal!!! We will never do business with the company ever again!!!! Watch out, you have been warned!

Been with Infosaic for almost 20 years. Had an issue sending emails to the @gmail.com domain from my company domains. Infosaic support identified the problem correctly as an SPF record issue with my DNS provider. As soon as the fix was implemented, all was well again. Well done Infosaic Support team!
