I do not recommend this company at all. To begin with, it seems they respond to online reviews much faster than they respond to customer emails. While I am not a direct customer of Inti Solar Group, I have been directly affected because my husband signed an agreement after being misled by one of their representatives, Cedrick. Cedrick identified himself as an Inti Solar Group employee and used false promises and misleading statements to persuade us to sign. He offered additional work and even told us we would receive a second contract reflecting everything that had been promised. That contract never existed. Two months later, Cedrick no longer answers calls or messages. We have repeatedly emailed the company, but instead of resolving the issue, they continue delaying it. Their response is now that they are only responsible for installing the solar panels. However, what are they doing about an individual who represents himself as part of their company and makes promises that are never honored? They cannot simply ignore that responsibility. We have also requested an in-person meeting with both a manager and Cedrick to clarify the situation, yet that request has essentially been ignored. Be very careful before doing business with this company. Do not fall for the same promises that we and several of our neighbors did. *****To everyone who has been deceived by this company and its employees, contact Telemundo Responde so everyone can find out how dishonest they really are.****
Cedrick did a wonderful job. He made sure to explain to me and my wife exactly how the solar works and he took his time with us. We are two senior citizens and he took the time to explain to us until we understood exactly. He even follows up months after our install has been completed. I’m very satisfied and I 100% recommend this gentleman. Very professional sales agent. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Keep up the good job 👍
If I could give 0 stars, I would. We bought our house in February, and they showed up the very next day, extremely nice and full of promises. They basically “love bombed” us into signing a contract by offering extras like a fence and outdoor flooring and, of course, that was a lie too. All the glowing reviews about Cedrick feel fake. He’s the one running this entire circus. He shows up first, all smiles and promises, just to get you to sign. After that? Nothing but excuses. Every week it’s “I’ll be there next Friday,” and every week he doesn’t show up. Before we signed, they confidently told us installation would happen within a week, claiming they were just waiting on the city inspection and would “speed things up.” Funny enough, the city inspection was already completed back in March… and here we are, still with NOTHING installed. They installed the panels, but they’ve never been operational. No fence. No outdoor flooring. Not even a single part has been delivered. And communication? Nonexistent. Calls ignored. Texts ignored. It’s like they disappeared the second the contract was signed. On top of that, they don’t even have a physical location, so good luck trying to track them down. At this point, it’s not just unprofessional, it feels straight-up dishonest. Liars.
