I worked with Jerry on a bathroom renovation project for my apartment. From the start, he was good at communicating about the project and sending out an estimates early and clearly. He was also very transparent about some plumbing issues that were discovered along the way. During which he was very accommodating about pausing the project for a few days while I resolved those and then starting back up after the plumbers came in and resolved the other issues. In the end, he still managed to finish everything on schedule and it looked great!

JC Builders recently completed a renovation of my basement, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The project included demolition, electrical and plumbing upgrades, new ceilings with recessed lighting, enclosed utility areas, and the removal and concealment of old wiring. They rebuilt the basement stairs as well, adding a beautifully crafted banister that really elevates the space. The team also sanded and epoxied the floors and walls and pointed and sealed a bluestone wall, giving everything a clean, finished look. My only concern was the condition of the original cement floor. Because I chose not to replace it, achieving a perfectly even surface wasn’t fully possible, but I appreciate the effort they put into improving it as much as they could. Jerry and his team were always on time, respectful, and unobtrusive. The project was completed on schedule, and Jerry’s communication throughout was excellent. Considering the scope and quality of the work, the cost was reasonable. I’m very satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend JC Builders for any home renovation or improvement project.
