Coming through Indianapolis may 28 2016 on I65 just North of the 70 interchange I spot one of their intermodal sleeper trucks watching wrestling on his 12" tablet while driving down the interstate around 545 in the morning. This is completely illegal and the typical "driver" in commercial trucks these days. In the picture I highlighted the driver looking at me and his tablet on the windshield right in front of him. I just wish I could have gotten a better picture. After calling like they asked me to I actually found the truck number.
Mid. The chauffeur got stuck in mud
License Plate: Oklahoma 8387LX JBHZ 672346 11/09/2021 7:20am Michigan Rd North bound off 465. This driver almost caused 2 crashes merging from the far right lane, 2 lanes over. He pushed me completely off the road into the curb and he almost pushed a jeep into someone else. AUDIT YOUR DRIVERS! This is the 2nd time in 7 days where one of your contracted drivers performed sketchy maneuvers right in front of me. Pathetic
I didn't go here but I guess I'll give my usual review which is the 5 stars are only given because I have nothing good or bad to say about this company.
So unorganized for a big company.why am I getting transferred from person to person with no help in sight!!!I've reached out to that e mail no reply it is now 9 pm and when I first left the review it was about 8 30 am.they do not help customer support is a joke.i do not know what else to do been calling numbers all day my load number is 7L98712 j b hunt. Today's date is July 8th it is now 9:24 p.m.im at Amazon it is a live unload and they need a I s a number!!!
I had multiple appliances from Lowe’s delivered by J.B. Hunt. When they moved my existing refrigerator to my garage, they dropped it on the cement and the refrigerator no longer works. I filed a claim and it was denied. The rep from the company said the claim was rejected because the refrigerator had been repaired 5 years ago and they couldn’t be sure they caused the damage. To be clear, I wasn’t expecting them to pay for an entirely new refrigerator, but I did expect at least some settlement reflecting the prorated value of my refrigerator. They were totally unreasonable and held onto the argument that they weren’t sure they caused the damage given the refrigerator had been repaired over 5 years before. They do not stand behind their service. I will never order from Lowe’s again as long as they use J.B. Hunt as a subcontractor.
Worst customer service ever. This trucking company could care less about meeting customer expectations. Only a fool would use their services. JB Hunt actually showed up to their delivery destination with an empty trailer. The shipment to be delivered wasn't even in the truck. The driver said they typically don't check the trucks contents or their manifest before leaving the dock. Huh? How's that being professional?
I will never come to this place again, God help me.
