Great lawyers and great service. I highly recommend Joyce and Associates!! We had an outstanding experience with attorney Helen Yu and paralegal Joey Weng. Joey went above and beyond to help us with an issue that came up by accommodating us with a few “very late” calls and coordinated conference calls with our attorney. Most of the 1 star reviews is the same person under a new name trying to post negative comments over and over. The Joyce’s are excellent people and I would recommend anyone looking for legal representation to hire them. They helped me and my sister with life changing cases at a fraction of the cost other places were asking for. I honestly don’t know how anyone could have a bad word to say about them. WONDERFUL PEOPLE!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this law office. The staff was incredibly slow in handling my case, and it was nearly impossible to get in touch with the person assigned to my file. Communication was poor, and I often had to wait long periods before receiving any updates or responses. The lack of customer service is unacceptable. If you need efficient and reliable legal help, I would recommend looking elsewhere. They need significant improvements in how they handle client relations and case management.
