Very happy with KBR ! we combined two apartments in the village and they took care of every detail included Arctic cut coordination and permits. the project turn out even better than we imagined
Nightmare. We had our second-floor apartment redesigned by KBR back in 2020. They took over nine months to complete the renovations on a 500 square foot space. Endless delays, procrastination, and poor management plagued the project. The designer assigned moved out in a few months, and the manager was perpetually overwhelmed. Despite these challenges, we endured them because it was the COVID era, and things were tough for everyone. However, within two months of the completion, the pocket door in my daughter’s bedroom stopped working. The HVAC heating in her room was excessive, while ours was non-existent. Now, in the summer, the flooring in her room has started to swell. We reached out to them for an assessment and review, only to receive a hefty bill and a dismissive attitude, reminding us that the “warranty” might not be helpful. Unfortunately can’t upload the pics and videos!Think twice , unless you want to go through endless delays, additional overhead charges, and nightmare for rest of your life.

Company was great and the designer and project manager were superb. Great to work with throughout the project. Never pushy. Suggested great ideas and were professional at all times. Project was completed ahead of time and the workmanship was excellent. No hidden costs or surprises. Couldn’t be happier. 5 years later and I am still thrilled with the work they did. Finding a reputable design team with value and complete professionalism in NYC can be so hard, but boy am I glad I found KBR. Creativity and design is not my area of expertise but KBR made everything easy from start to finish and I couldn’t be happier with my new open concept kitchen. The team knocked out walls, created a design for my kitchen that I fell in love with immediately. KBR had a plan and came to me with ideas that I seriously would’ve never thought of it. They installed kitchen cabinets, installed my new fridge and stove, mounted a microwave above the stove, installed lights inside the ceiling. The kitchen now feels bigger, there’s more light, and it’s seriously my favorite place to be now. I was so glad to hear they had a Florida office too because the contractors there did some work in my Biscayne Bay condo. All in all it was a great experience to work with KBR & if I ever need more remodeling done, either here in NYC or FL, KBR will undoubtedly by my guys. 100% recommend!
