I’ve given up on selling here. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve brought a huge bag of barley worn, name brand, in style & season clothing for them to just buy one or two items- then I go to look through stuff to buy and there’s clothing with stains or stuff completely out of style. It’s very frustrating. Giving two stars because I do enjoy the sales they have.

I understand that you should make a profit, but the amount they offer for the clothes you sell is ridiculous. Years ago, y’all had great deals, it didn't matter if it was cash or store credit. I think times have changed quite a bit.
Great prices for great products! I love trading my kids gently used items for other clothes that look great. Especially jeans and dresses.

This used to be one of my favorite places to take my Kids gently used clothes in return for some much needed cash, & shop for my kids as well. The clothes here WERE very reasonable with price and in great condition! Unfortunately, I CANNOT say that today. I dropped off an entire bin of my children's clothes that are brand new or worn maybe twice with absolutely no stains or tears, nothing wrong.. Out of the entire bin of more than 50 items, I was told 14 items were accepted and the rest is going to be donated. I was only offered $16... I love that the clothes that they cannot accept, get donated, that's awesome! However, when I'm dropping clothes off that can absolutely be re-sold in their store and they are telling me that those items are unacceptable and I am not able to have them back due to new store policy, is a disappoint to say the least.
First time selling to Kid to Kid. It was super easy, I was dreading going in and having to wait, while they went through all clothes. When you walk in they give you a plastic bin to put your clothes in. Than you type in your info and a computer, and they ask do you want cash or store credit. I wanted cash to put into the grandkids savings. I signed a paper and said i would be back later. They text me about 2 hours later with an offer and it was just what I was hoping to get. And they gave me back the clothes they didn't buy. You need to let them know you want the clothes back, and you need to pick them up the same day. I was very pleased with my experience. Super nice girls that work there.
Didn't know we could find $2 and $1.50 onsies. Spent $27 and got tons of little boy clothes. Yaya
