Kid to Kid San Antonio Summit

Love this kid to kid location! I often sell and buy here. they give very reasonable offers plus they have items priced for super cheap! I always find name brands like Zara or Janie and Jack for such great prices. The staff is also very nice and friendly. Definitely recommend if you have a little one

Sales are inconsistent. Store says they offer 50 percent on Valentines but cashier didnt want to honor it when it came to a heart themed boys nike outfit. She claimed that the tag has to say HOLIDAY. I thought okay, that makes sense until I realized I was given 50 percent off on pajamas that didnt even say HOLIDAY but are Valentine's themed. Im so confused. It seems very inconsistent. The cashier was respectful when I requested a refund on the full price item, so I appreciate that.

I shop at this Kid to Kid location frequently. It is easy to get to and has plenty of parking spots including around the back. It is large and spacious and easy to search for particular items. Everything seems clean and organized. I think the items are priced fairly. I don't even bother going into thrift stores like Goodwill because the items are priced way too high. Goodwill actually charges more than what the new with tag garment cost in its retail store. I have seen this many times. However, Kid to Kid has a good selection of items in great condition and well priced. If you haven't checked this store out, I would recommend it.

Will never shop here again. You are forced to create an account and they will say you don’t have to buy if you don’t make one with your info all the clothes and items are final sale which is ridiculous

I was barely greeted upon entering the store about 9:15 this morning. One of the ladies gave me a snooty look as I brought in two boxes of my son's Imaginext toys that are in very good condition. The employee that gave me the snooty look was not welcoming and demeanor was just off.Put the boxes on that counter.The kiosk is right there.Can I see your ID ?."Not is this your first time here? Nothing welcoming. If you want to sell your things you can wait around the store for 30 to 45 mins or come back in 24hrs..I question it.She says if I have someone come in that has an appointment then I'll have to stop with your items and do theres..(mind you theres at least 2 other people in there).But I can wait around the store 30 to 45 minutes and you will complete the purchase? What? Im trying to understand how thats makes since?Kid to Kid I'm disappointed with your staffs customer service.Being a long time customer at a Colorado store your staff needs better training. It was at least 2 or 3 staff one women in there one greeted me but barely and the one that call herself assisting was just rude.After the way your staff spoke to me I decided not to sell my items , she looked at me in shock..Ma'am I'm not desperate to sale. I will take my business elsewhere. The customers are really doing yall a service by bringing items and getting store credit or less cash for you all to upsell them. I could have waited and explored the store but the welcoming approach was not so welcoming.,Im sure Im not the first to feel this way.I wonder why the one on Culebra closed.Do better. Sounds like they just got rid of their maternity clothing section which is what I went looking for. That's okay. I still got shoes for my boys and my youngest had a blast running around. Will definitely come again for my children's clothing!

My first visit at this location was disappointing as i had heard good things from an acquaintance. It seemed like kind of a scam if i’m being honest. You have to wait in the store for them to look through your stuff if you don’t want to you have to come back the next day it felt as though they wanted me to leave so they could procrastinate on viewing my items. But I said to myself maybe they’re just really busy and it would be worth it if i can get an equal value of cash for my items. I had a big box with lots of nice brands some of the clothes my kids never even got to wear with the tags still on them! still they only offered me $30 when i returned the next day.. Then they ask if you want to donate the rest to them even though they weren’t purchasing it, so in the end they still get to keep everything since most people would just donate to avoid having to take the clothes back. Obviously I didn’t need the clothes anymore but even just HALF of what was in that box was worth way more than $30/:

Never coming here again drove 50 mins to this place I brought 3 baskets good clothes not torn nor stains why would u offer me$7 when the items u picked out were more than 7 items how much did u charge cents for my kids barley used clothes !!!!!dont waste your time its better to donate to the less fortune than trying to get a penny from my items the Staff don’t really care it’s another pay check for them Save ur time and clothes Kid to kid is looking for boujee clothing brands etc. never coming here again so the reply is what ever do better with your business.

This place low prices for what the reselling prices are. Don't take a huge amount of clothes you will maybe sell 3 items. I have been here 4 times in a year according to seasons. They have young employees doing the pickings.
