Love Kimes jeans ! Have worn them since the beginning 🙌🏼 and will keep wearing them Had two very different experiences in this store the first was amazing sales associate with the little French bulldog was so sweet and so helpful really showing me everything and having great suggestions and very good customer service. Second experience 12/22/23 was with a lovely looking sales associate with a not so lovely attitude… I brought clients in to buy riding jeans and she brought out fashion trousers no matter how many times we were prompting her for riding jeans ; she apparently thought we didn’t look like horse people and was very happy to dismiss us and really wasn’t very nice. When she over heard us say “horse show” her tune changed and she finally brought out what I was asking for After spending 600$ in jeans she stopped looking down her nose I think it’s hit or miss at this location as it depends on who you’re dealing with ; but very disappointed in the second experience

The BEST jean store to buy from! Every single employee was willing to help and seemed engaged in the conversation prior to the purchase of my jeans. By far the sweetest and most helpful employees I’ve ever met in any store. 12/10 would recommend!

I want to thank Lexi for excellent customer service. Myself and two of my friends were visiting the area last week. We went into the store because we noticed they sold long jeans. I initially just asked for brand information because I wasn’t planning on trying anything. But Lexi was so nice I decided to try on a pair. Feel in love with the jeans. I’m 5’9” and most of my Jean are about 1” shorter then I like. I bought one pair. Lexi wrote on a card the other jeans I liked and even looked up a store where I live so I can purchase them later.

The sweetest girls working there!! I typically struggle finding jeans that fit right; size 16 waist & 36L. Hannah helped so freaking much she took the time to understand my needs and since she knew all the details about the all the jeans in her store it was so easy for me to find several pairs of jeans. Thanks a million Hannah!!

Laurel was extremely helpful! Didn’t have the size we needed in the store, but she fitter my daughter perfectly and told us how to get them ordered.

We came in for a horse show from NY, and the girls wanted to go to a Kimes store. What an amazing experience! The staff was absolutely incredible and helpful! I can stay we will always visit the store when we come back next year! Thank you to the young man and lady employees!

Lexi helped me to find a pair of jeans that fit but unfortunately couldn’t find anything. She was more than helpful nonetheless and knew plenty about the jeans I was trying on. Very friendly and very pretty. Definitely would’ve bought a pair if I found a pair that fit!!! Thank you Lexi!

Unfortunately I came from Alaska and was SO excited to visit your shop (knowing your story) in the Stockyards and picked a shirt with a 30% tag on it but then when I checked out they took only 20% off. When I brought it to their attention instead of honoring the tag they said they made a mistake and ripped off the tag of other shirts but didn't honor what the tag was on my shirt. I almost returned it but figured I would let you know in a review after going home. I don't think a few dollars is worth someone leaving your store with a bad taste in their mouth and if your shirt is tagged that way you should honor it. Not very honorable business practices.

Sarah was so helpful! She knew exact which jeans to have try in a different size than our regular sizes, gave recommendations and just overall great, kind service.

We visited Kimes Ranch in the Ft. Worth Stockyards. Love this store and their products. The staff is super friendly and very helpful, especially Erica B. She assisted us in our purchase and held our goodies until we were ready to leave for home so we wouldn't have to carry our package everywhere we went. Thank you Erica for all of your help! We will be back next time we're in town.
