Kraft is the best of the best! Been using them for years on everything from button downs to gowns. Amazing experience with recent wedding dress cleaning and preservation as well. Service is top notch — Kraft will not let you down!
It’s been OVER THREE MONTHS and we still haven’t gotten my wife’s jacket back. We dropped it off in July/August. It’s now November!! No updates whatsoever from the business for the entire duration. I had to called them to ask and they still didn’t know. At this point, I believe they lost it. All the previous reviews are correct. They have horrible customer service. No communication. I wish I wouldn’t have come here. I would discourage anyone from dropping anything valuable that they care about because it will be mishandled. I’ll update the post when (or even IF) I get the jacket back…
First time I went everything was fine clothes was so fresh and ironed really good then after that it was super horrible I told one older gentleman with glasses he said he'll make sure it was done right and it wasn't then I told a young kid then the owner. so today I went to pick up my clothes today because I have a meeting and guess what my suit jacket has all this little fuzz on it literally looks dirty my pants have double lines AGAIN! And mind you this isn't the first time. They always say bring it back if it has a double line ... yeah sure I'll drive across town because you mess up every time and mind you it came out to 60$ I don't mind paying it if the clothes comes out good but it's horrible I was going to call but for what this will be my last time going. So trust me don't go the only person there with a good attitude there is the owner i can give him that but I just hope you tell your workers to do a better job.
Very friendly and kind staff. That goes a long way with me! My suit jacket was perfect! I was excited to see it refreshed. I was bummed about my dress though, because I received it back with loose threads coming out. I don’t want to write off Kraft yet though, so I’ll update after my next trip!
