I just took the volume lash course and it was the most amazing experience ever! Sam was an amazing instructor and helped each and every student as much as we needed and made the whole experience so fun. I learned so so so much within the two days it has completely changed me as a lash artist and I have already grown so much more. I loved every part in this course including all the materials in our lash affair kit, they were all so amazing and such high quality products. I would recommend this course to anyone wanted to greatly further their career as a lash artist! Thank you so so so much to Sam for being such an amazing lash artist and instructor and to lash affair for the amazing products!!!

I love Lash Affair's True Love adhesive! It is perfect for the level of humidity in my area and my clients come back with excellent retention. I’ve been using this adhesive for 6 years now and have tried others but they just don’t compare.

Let me start by saying that the customer service is impeccable. Audrey is always super friendly and fast responding with a personal text anytime I have a question. Besides that my favorite products are the adhesives. I’ve tried almost all of them, each one is fitting for different types of environments. My favorite of them all is the Clear Connection! The retention is great and my clients notice. I’ve had my trial and error with different brands and Lash Affair has never let me down. Thank you for having great products and Customer Service! I took a Classic Lash Class With Kristen M at Mott Community College this past July and she was AMAZING. The Lash Kit came with EVERYTHING to do classics it’s like LASH AFFAIR thought of everything possible to get you equipped for the future from health all the way to marketing it even came with a pen for you to write notes!!! The customer service is PHENOMENAL!!!! The response time is very immediate the Lash Affair team is there to help guide and answer questions as well as the instructors. The instructor was very through with explaining and asking and answering questions she was VERY relatable and honest about her experience she gave great tips and made herself available to students for any guidance! I love her!!! I highly recommend this company to learn from! The products are GREAT they don’t give you cheap stuff to work with and it’s enough to get your lash business started!

Great products and great customer service! I've been using Lash Affair products since I started lashing and love the products. Other lash extensions dont have the size and length on the strips but LA does! Makes lashing so much easier and my pallets so much more organized. My recent order came with a damaged lash case. I emailed them and they responded back within minutes apologizing and letting me know they would send out a new one. The service was so fast and easy! I got my replacement extensions within a few days. They also send me a cute "lashin ain't easy" sticker. I also want to mention that I love opening my pretty packages that smell great! Keep up the great work LA! <3

I spoke with Rachel a care rep for Lash Affair and I absolutely love her! She gave me incite on the company and the lash industry. I felt so moved and motivated to be apart of this thriving industry. Basically she was real about it! And I love talking to real people. I love the product I bought adhesive Clear Connection, its the only one on the market with good reviews so I had to buy it.

I took their classic lash extension course and had a great experience! The instructors were nice and helpful and gave a lot of good tips. The manuals you get and the kit that comes with the class is amazing! The kit seems very high end and I love the tweezers that come with. The instructors are keeping in contact even after the class and I highly recommend their classes if you’re looking to get certified.

I had placed a massive order for their Black Friday special. There was a good amount of product missing (which considering the time of year it happens). I contacted Lash Affair and Lanna was very sweet. She took care of my problem immediately and said it may take a bit due to the huge amount of orders coming in but would make sure there was tip priority. They delivered not only with their customer service being so prompt but even calling to check in and make sure I received my missing items. Absolutely am highly impressed with this company and their customer service! Not to mention they have great products! Thanks Lash Affair for being excellent!

I’ve been dedicated to a certain brand of lashes/ products for a while. When I talked with Lana she was super helpful and welcoming—instantly felt comfortable going elsewhere! When I ordered a ton of products and they finally came I was shook. Even the quality of packaging Lash Affair provides blew me away! I’m super excited to continue building my stock of these products—and keeping in touch w/ their awesome employees!

I’ve only used their True Love adhesive but I will purchase it again! Their customer service is impeccable and they were so informative and really show they truly care about their business! When it came to the True Love adhesive, I noticed a boost in my clients’ retention like no other! My clients with very oily skin and eyelids were lasting longer. I would say that from when I dipped to when it dried on the natural lash would be about 2 seconds. I would definitely buy again!
