I've used lab seven for about a year or so now and they were great at first. They were super helpful with everything and I loved the products. Then the person who handles all the orders changed. Suzanne used to be the one there and was super great, but now I believe her name is Emily works there in her position. The problem I had was I was getting charged for printing my logo on the sleeve of my shirt which was something I did not get charged for before. When I told her that, she said I was charged before. I asked if she could send me the invoice that shows that charge because none of my records showed that charge. She never sent the other invoice for that over and just told me my products were available for pick up. She did deliver them to my house which was very helpful, but when I opened them at least 12 of the few hoodies I ordered had noticeable black and blue stains on them. When I emailed her letting her know she said it's something they can remove, and I will need to ship them back. It was an issue on their part that they did not pay enough attention to before saying my order was ready, backing up my inventory time and release date. Then after my products were received, she sends me an invoice for the printing on the sleeve that I need to pay... without the old invoice I had asked or not even a mention of it. I used to love working with them but have had to go elsewhere as I can't count on my items being quality and transparency on what I'm getting charged for. If it was a new thing that they just started charging for, I would've understood but that was never said and it was a separate invoice after the fact.
Lab Seven has been a go to print shop for years. They are always patient and incredibly helpful through the designing and printing process.
We worked with Kevin at Lab 7 to get some shirts printed for our band. He was super detail oriented, a quick communicator, and helped us get the exact product we wanted with ease & efficiency. Plus, the quality of the printing is top tier. Definitely recommend them and will do business with them again in the future.
LabSeven has been awesome! It’s very easy to create designs in their online system. They’re customer service is nothing short of 5-Star! Kevin and Nick have been amazing to work with. Great quality, quick turnarounds, and overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!! I've used Lab Seven for over 5 years to make shirts for our work functions and the quality has been amazing. Recently they made our family reunion shirts and a banner for a parade. They worked with us to make the design the shirt and banner turned out great. I couldn't be happier! Excellent price and great customer service.
