I stopped by to see if they accepted my insurance. They did, requested to fill out all paperwork but on the day of the appointment needed to fill out more paperwork. Real not efficient place. This is my first appointment and very unhappy to start off on the wrong foot and to question if they would be a business to recommend. Completed my first visit and both in the exam room and the room to prepare for my x-rays, both on the computer screen in open view has other patients information showing. Safety, privacy and respect seems to be very much lacking as the employee level of concern. I just hope my information is safe and others cannot see or view from other patients. Dr. Latch and I had conversation after my review and discussed the issue. I was provided they take HIPPA very seriously and wished I brought this to his attention. I have been going to them still for my treatment. Very excellent service and happy I stayed with my treatment. I will continue service with Dr. Latch.

Dr. Dan was AMAZING!!! I was terrified of going to the chiropractor but I had a pain in my back that was not improving no matter what I did. Dr. Dan was referred by a trusted friend and one visit with him, LIFE CHANGING!! I no longer have any back pain and I am truly grateful for his expertise. Dr. David Latch has been my chiropractor since 1998. I go see him if I am having discomfort with my back or neck or hips, but I also make an effort to stop in for an adjustment once a month or two even if I am not dealing with any issues in particular. In some ways I feel like these "wellness visits" are more important for the long-term health of my spine and joints than when I visit him to deal with pain. Two quick points: I never wait more than a few moments to get shown in to a room and seen by Dr. Latch, the office is run like a well-oiled machine with friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. Also it's truly a family operation, with Dr. Dan Latch down the hall and photos of their father Dr. Lloyd Latch on the walls. Dr. So is always ready with a hello and a smile if I see her in the hallway, the whole team is courteous and professional. Go in for a consultation, I can't recommend Latch & So. strongly enough.

It’s been only a couple months since my first appointment with Dr. So about my neck pain and my neck feels so much better than ever! She was very friendly and caring, and not only explained the causes from the X-rays and adjusted your neck but also taught me how to do exercises to avoid popping my neck. She was very patient and answered all my questions. Dr. So has magic hands, thank you!
